Southcenter update: probably 40+ people here now. The line is separated into two different sections in front of the store. The first section is full and I can't see the second section from where I'm sitting.

What time did you get here to be #2? I was here at 10 and am, by my rough count, somewhere between 40 and 50? Have staff commented on stock levels?

AT&T stores do not seem to be getting much stock. The one here at Bell Square apparently has VERY few, and I mean few.
My buddy got here at 5:30 and I got here a little after. The guys who are #1 got here at 3:00!
Very few is OK if very few people are there to buy them.

I thought it was deep when I got here at 10, I'd be worried about jumping into the back of this line now. You said it's over 140 now... Ouch. Hopefully they have lots of stock.

There's 2 lines at Belle Square, first one has about 100 peeps, 2nd has about 50-75. Apple employee told me that they would likely cutoff the line, once it gets beyond their supply. I don't know how they'll figure that since they haven't asked what model we want yet.

I'm hoping to get a 16gb 3G At southcenter. I have a 3 week old baby though and im sick, so we really can't sit in line for a super long time. Would appreciate updates on southcenter. Any word on the stock? If I come around 5 do you think I'm going to be screwed?

Apple will always have way more stock. They are still letting people in line and the managers said they'd cut it off if the line was getting worse than their stock status.
