I'm shocked--shocked, I say!--to find no one bitched about SIRI on the iPad.
No one is bitching because it's not a fact yet, why get all worked up over something that turns out to be false

If the iPad 3 doesnt have a quad core CPU and improved graphics chip, I dont see how it could compete with other upcoming tegra 3 tablets.
amazing music

I cannot think of a way to change it and keep it slim. What do you want a Triangle iPad? I really hope you do not want a 16:9 iPad. All glass iPad like the iPhone? What? Tell me because I cannot see a way to change it.
I find it funny how much Apple allowed this product to leak. It is like companies don't care about corporate secrets any more. One of the most leaked products ever. To be fair it wouldn't hard to predict Apple's product line up for the next few years.
If the iPad 3 doesnt have a quad core CPU and improved graphics chip, I dont see how it could compete with other upcoming tegra 3 tablets. The casual users, which make up most of the iPad's market, will ofcourse lap it up regardless, but as tablets are being geared more towards gaming these days it would make people think twice. Same for the power users.
I can see something like the new Transformer Prime due out in a few months as being some serious competition in both the business end and for gamers. The screen res may take a slight hit, but if it ends up being the case of quad core prime vs dual core ipad 3, the answer is simple.
Yes the screen resolution might be amazing, but if it doesnt have the power behind it, it could end up being a laggy mess.
Also, I'm not entirely sure why I am typing something constructive on here, as it will most likely be downvoted into oblivion due to me questioning Apple. But oh well, I was bored anyway.
I personally think they leak certain devices on purpose in order to calm our expectations. The 4 inch "iPhone 5" (4S) screen, for example. And the fact that it was going to be a 4S, and not a 5. I think it's meant to taper down people hopes to a certain extent.
Retina display itself is enough to justify the upgrade from an iPad 2 for $200-$300. Higher end CPU and GPU are just icing on the cake. Just because you lack the funds to upgrade, don't dump on the party for the rest of us. K?![]()

The very fabric of Steve Jobs is being stabbed in the heart by this obsession to know everything before it debuts. The famed "One more thing..." is being crucified until there are no secrets. There aren't any surprises. At least we don't know anything about the Mac Pros. And before anyone tells me that I can "change the channel" I can't. It's either I comb through rumors with pictures and specs to get to anything else going on, or nothing.
Would be nice to create a "ThinkSecret" area on the site, and remove this stuff from those of us that want to stick to the facts.![]()
This seems like the first time we've seen a side view of the thickness up against an iPad 2 (unless I missed something earlier). The difference is so small that it really won't make much of a difference. If you didn't tell people, I don't see how they'd ever notice.
