iPad mini iPad Mini 4 Pre-Order Thread

I ordered on the 9th and finally received a shipment notice today. It says it will be delivered on the 18th.
 
Mine shows shipped. It will arrive tomorrow, 9/17 via standard shipping. 64gb space gray wifi. I am in GA, USA.
 
My status just switched to shipped and the Shipped email says it'll arrive tomorrow. UPS site doesn't show a status yet.

U.S. 64gb Space Gray Cellular, standard shipping.

I have noticed these changes sofar: The keyboard is different (you can switch between lower case and capital letters), the apps that are opened are now more layered instead of side by side after a double click, passbook is called wallet and there's an iCloud Drive app. Oh, and there's an option to switch on an energy saving mode when you're running out of battery. I probably haven't found all changes yet. Looking forward to trying it on my new mini...it'll be delivered to,orrow by UPS but there's a big chance nobody will be home :(

Oh no!!! Maybe you can have it held and pick it up after you're done for the day... Congrats on tomorrow!!! Mine arrives tomorrow as well! And yea, I'm with you on iOS 9; have it on my 1st gen air... Looking forward to playing with it on my mini, though!

both finally shipped.... UPS tracking number not working yet....

at least they sent them UPS and not fedex so i'll get them earlier in the day.... not that that does me any good til I can get home the set it up (I still sync/back to iTunes on my computer... old school! haha)
 
Mine finally changed to shipped as well. Coming via UPS but tracking isn't working yet, so not sure if I should expect it tomorrow or Friday. Unfortunately, probably Friday. :(

ETA: Just got the shipping email from Apple and it indicates delivery on the 18th.

My status switched to shipped this afternoon as well. Ordered right after the keynote. Toronto, Canada here. UPS shipping "arrives by Sept 18th". Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow instead, but probably on the 18th.
 
Strange.... It left from Eindhoven (which is in the Netherlands) and is now in Brussels...
Dunno if it is going to be in the Netherlands again tomorrow ..... I guess it will be :)
 
X2. Finally mine is shipping as well. It was being prepared to ship for a solid 26 hours.

Didn't pre-order mine, in fact I decided to get an iPad Air 2 instead, having previously used a mini 2 and...not happy with it. Just wiped it and boxed it up to return tomorrow and ordered an iPad mini 4 for next day collection from John Lewis. Comes with a 3 year guarantee included too (John Lewis doing 3 year guarantee on all iPads right now - worth a look).
