Nice, hope you get yours today. Mine is in Richmond, BC since 7 am. Was hoping they'd put it straight on a flight to Calgary but no joy. Guess I'll have to be patient..blech.

I politely asked the 800 number about why it might be sitting in Hong Kong for 24 hours, if I could pay extra for faster shipping to speed it up. The woman I spoke to offered me a pair of earbuds to make up for it. I didn't ask for it directly and I think it's kind of at their whim but it couldn't hurt to make a 5-min call and ask what's up.

Mine too...seems like many of the UPS orders in a similar situation already made it to the US but mine hasn't. But they said Nov 22-26 originally, and the UPS tracking says Nov 19, and there's still more than enough time to make either of those deadlines. It just would have been a nice bonus if it arrived today.

4 delivered this morning with the free smart case.
1 to be delivered Monday for some reason even though it was part of one of the orders that came today (got 2 more free smart cases for the inconvenience).
2 to be delivered Tuesday - this one ordered at around 12:15am Tuesday; the rest ordered around 12:05am

this is in Los Angeles.

Thanks for sharing! I have the same dates with a Tuesday delivery to NY (2-3).
 
Anyone else have a UPS tracking that looks just like this? rMini 64GP AT&T ordered seconds after they were available online.:

How did you get a free smart case?

UPDATE: I just received my 32GB retina mini today (I ordered it minutes after it launched Tuesday)...5-7 days early!

I got free case and cover too. I called to ask them why my order originally delivery date is today, but suddenly change to Monday. They offer me free covers and I asked them can I get the case instead. They said yes.

the 1st one I just called and honestly asked them if it were true that they were giving out smart cases for people who ordered midnight on Tuesday. He said no, but offered me one anyway.

the other 2, I didn't ask for anything. I just asked why one iPad is still in TN while the other was delivered (both same order), and they didn't know. apologized and offered a case for each. Very cool of them to do.
