My 64GB has shipped! That's 2 days to go from order (placed around 9PM on Wednesday) to shipped & it will be here Monday. Pretty good for a cellular version.

Sadly enough, I just ordered a few minutes ago - 32GB Slate T-Mobile, from Apple.com. Delivery estimate with expedited shipping is December 6-13 to Pittsburgh PA.
I was hoping to score a local pickup, which I did this morning -- until I reached the checkout page, which then notified me that the rMini was no longer available from the store I had selected. Either a glitch with the site, or I was a couple minutes too late.
I threw a $100 gift card at it, which helps ease the pain a bit.

I missed the delivery yesterday since I was in my office - hopefully today (working from home) I'll be able to sign for it. I also filled out the pre-authorization form and taped that to my front door just as a precautionary move. I go running at lunch hour so if they pop by when I'm not there, this may help (I hope).
If it doesn't, then they'll come monday to which I'll not be around and it will go back to apple. I'll have to get a refund and buy it in person.

My 128GB LTE space grey arrived today...Geelong, Australia. I ordered online 17 minutes after launch.
I love it, the screen is awesome. It's sharp and clear. The iPad is fast. I have an Air also and I find the colors on the mini to seem more natural. IMO, it's a great screen.

I hope you are joking, because fedex/ups always shows that early in the morning as they load up the delivery trucks at that point..

I ordered a 128 T-Mobile at 2:30am Eastern on the 12th with express shipping. After eight working days it's still processing. If it hasn't moved to preparing for shipment by tomorrow morning I have to cancel because it won't arrive before I leave on my travels December 1st (stupid holiday!). I did think I had a reasonable chance since most of my orders have shipped at or near the lower end of the estimate. Not this time!
Ordered mine 12Nov13, shipment confirmation received today scheduled to be delivered 27Nov13 just in time for Thanksgiving
Currently in transit at Lantau Island HK .. hoping yours ships shortly as well.
The 128GB Space Gray AT&T model just became available for in-store pickup in the Las Vegas area, so I cancelled my original order (which was placed on November 12).

In any case I'm not getting it till at least Monday now.
