I also ordered a Black 16GB with 11/2 delivery that has an F4 serial number. No luck tracking it either... Tried Fedex and UPS with phone #, serial #, and order #. :confused:

Although I must say these "tricks" to find your package have never worked for me in the past. I'm not sure if it's my area or what, I live in FL.
 
My FedEx tracking says estimated delivery on Oct 30th...but I assume they are holding it back for 11/2?

Mine is the same too and I can't track it...

That's my situation too. The phone number, the order number, and the serial are all useless - can't track my F4 black 16GB mini.

I'm in Indianapolis, like a couple of hours away from Louisville. Sure hope it gets here on the 2nd..
 
Yeah. Good to know I'm not the only one!

I'm sure we will all get them on Friday, but it's just weird that we can't track the packages while everybody else can.

If Apple.com still says processing but is still on track for 11/2 it's most likely a UPS shipment. Fed Ex is the only one who updates your information on Apple's website for some reason. UPS/Apple needs to upgrade their software.
 
I have found that in the UPS tracking page in the shipment by reference if you type ipad, it shows up with tracking inofo, even if putting phone number doesn't work.

My Smart Cover was tracked using UPS...

THANK YOU!!!! My Smart Cover showed up next to it, so I know it's mine.

So I get mine tomorrow.

EDIT: Nevermind, that can't be it. It says it weighs 16lbs... I'll still watch it though. It's a bit weird, it's also coming from Louisville.

Mine has been processed and has been in "Preparing for shipment" since Friday night.
 
Mine starts with F4 and I can track it on the UPS site (my order status shows "Preparing for Shipment"). It's in Louisville now.
 
Ack...just looked closer. The shipment for tomorrow is just for the smartcover. iPad itself hasn't even shipped yet.

Mine says tomorrow (Wednesday) by Noon, even after the weather related delay!!

I have found two iPad shipments coming to my zip code by typing "ipad" in the reference. Unfortunately they each have a smart cover under the same shipment, and I didn't order one. Guess that's not mine!

Funny enough, both of those say 16lbs for the iPad packages.
 
Tracking is available for my White iPad Mini from F4. Its in KY.
No tracking available for my Black iPad Mini from F4.

Both says 'Preparing for Shipment' on apple website with delivery date of 11/02.

They could have started shipping them from the factory to the holding center the day before. It's not like they didn't expect people to buy these. What do you think?
