I like plain TPU cases. I ordered this one from Amazon and should get it today. I've been happy with that brand on my other iPads.

That case has an issue with power button localization.
I'm sure it's just a person in China paid to churn out positive reviews.
In one "she" says she is a single mom and then then next day she says she bought the item for her husband

Buzz kill!Ok, we don't care what Tina has to say. Lets stay on topic.
Add me to the list of folks dismayed by the lack of a back cover. The iPad Pro annoyed me that I was stuck with silicone. This is such a bad decision by Apple. The 10.5 wrapped in leather is the best case scenario for me. Does anyone have experience with Vaja? The smart grip looks like it may work with the Smart Cover or the leather case (even thought the price is insane).
Check out Piel Frama:

Their handphone covers are the bee's knees and I'm sure the tablet covers leave little to be desired as well. The MSRPs are predictably high but keeping an eye on Amazon often turns out bargains - none for the 10.5" so far, mind.
Interesting, I'm not familiar with this brand.
A search on Amazon, even for older iOS products, still shows very high prices. Any specific examples of deals on this brand you've seen from Amazon? Any chance of fakes?
Moments after posting that message I realized what I said about Amazon is probably true only in regards to the European branches; as an example, the German Amazon has the "Cinema" cover for (the older, fits the new one too) iPad Pro 12,9" for 59€ at the moment and their phone covers regularly go as low as 15€.
The quality of their stuff is really high, up there with Vaja, loads better than Noreve and solar systems apart from the likes of Tetded, PDAir or Stilgut. There are some product reviews (and "reviews") available on Youtube. Never heard of counterfeit Piel Frama.
Mine is in transit as well. Amazon didn't have Prime shipping for this! I've used Khomo cases for years and always liked the feel and quality. Expecting to get it on Saturday or Minday according to the lame USPS shipping. It's been stuck in Florida for 3 days now!Tomorrow my KHOMO smart case for the 10.5 arrives. I have high expectations for it. I'll try and post a review in this thread.

They've been quite good for me, and lately Amazon has used them for Prime shipping on Sundays as well.I hate USPS will never use them again.

I'm planning on ordering the Contega in the light grey for a 10.5... I haven't see the equivalent Dodo case, so thanks I'll look at that. I think I would prefer the Linen to the leather. I like they designed it to be able o use the smart keyboard with it as well.Has anyone used Pad & Quill's Contega cases? I think I'd prefer that over the leather.

That looks really nice. I wasn't going to keep the ASK, but might just hold on to it and pair with this Contega. I have a feeling the Zagg Keyboard Case I preordered from bestbuy is still going to be a bit bulkier than I'd prefer.I'm planning on ordering the Contega in the light grey for a 10.5...
