Just got the CTsing in the mail and it fits perfect. I was thinking into do some surgery to fit my Leather ASC but no need. The CTsing cover looks awesome.

So glad to see your post. Mine will be here Sunday. Will have to do a little surgery to use it with the ASK but as long as the shell part fits properly and it feels good (like the Apple silicone cover, I hope), I'll be happy.

I'm returning the gigantor logitech keyboard case. Using the ASK at the moment but need something on the back and don't find it to be sturdy enough on a lap. Has anyone used a Zagg case before? This is now listed on Best Buy and will probably be my third attempt...

Stickerboy just posted iPad 10.5 skins today. I've used their skins on two MS Surface devices. The material is pretty thick compared to other brands. Back only for IPP 10.5 is $14.95 and there's a promo code for 35% off. (SB has consolidated all sizes of Pro skins under one link, ignore 9-7 in link below.)

DecalGirl still doesn't list skins for IPP 10.5.

I have one of the Moko clear flexible cases that fits with the ASK and it's awful. Based on a recommendation earlier in this thread, I've ordered a CTsing one, which will arrive Sunday. I'll whack the cover off it so my ASK will fit. Although I wasn't happy forking over for the Apple silicone back cover for my IPP 9.7, the silicone back cover with ASK is the perfect combination for my IPP so I am very disappointed that there is no Apple silicone back cover for the IPP 10.5. The Apple brand cover has a pleasant feel, fits perfectly, all the buttons are covered, the speakers are covered with matching holes rather than a cutout, and all the openings fit perfectly. It doesn't pull away from the edges when you handle them, either.

whats the promo code?

Received the ESR case today, and as expected, it’s great. All the ports and holes line up, the case fits great and the cover has strong magnets too. I bought this as a temp solution until they release their Apple cover compatible back cover, which I had for the pro 9.7”

I chose this case in black, and it’s a bit of a fingerprint magnet, but as far as construction is concerned, I’d be happy to use every day.

Do you think it might scratch the corner areas as it is a harder plastic?

Where did you get the black case? On Amazon all I see are the gold and rose gold cases that were previously linked in this thread.

Thanks for the pics!

What material is the inside cover?

Would you say the thickness with the case on is closer to that of the iPad with the Apple Smart Cover or the Apple Smart Keyboard? I'm trying to figure out which size WaterField Dash Sleeve I need to order and those are the two size options to choose from.

Yes, from Amazon. They ran out of stock of black and blue two days ago, I think. When I placed my order they had like 20 left in stock and after all people returning the Moko (including me) the black and blue CTsing lasted less than a day.

Here you go:

On the left the CTsing cover and on the right the iPad Pro 10.5 with Leather Smart Cover

Inside the cover is the same material as the outside, plastic but it's kinda soft. I'm not worry about it because I put an Anker glass in my iPad.

What's the concensus on hard v soft plastic? I'd like to find a slim back case that won't scratch up the device too badly if dirt manages to get in.

Bought the Logitech keyboard case. It's huge and bulky. Not liking it and may return it to apple. Also purchased a compact case from Verizon. Very much like one of the original apple all in one cases of the past. Ordered a jetech case from amazon arriving tomorrow. I bought the apple cover because an Apple Store person said it would fit the Logitech with the keyboard removed but it doesn't. So it goes back too. All these headaches because apple couldn't produce a rear cover for launch day.

(UPDATE): My JETech case just arrived one day early. I tried it on the iPad and it's a great fit. Very sturdy and very tough to get back out of the case. That's a good thing. The Logitech keyboard case is going back to the apple store. It's too big and too heavy. Nearly doubles the width and weight of the iPad. Found it extremely annoying to use when all you want is to read the iPad in bed and don't need the keyboard cover. It doesn't wrap around, but instead, separates. The apple keyboard cover from my old 9.7 Pro was not the best keyboard but at least it conveniently wrapped to the back when not needed. Apple's keyboard is no comparison to what logitech or others created with backlit keys and function keys. I will miss that, but their solution is just not functional. The JETech case is a great, inexpensive solution until someone manufactures something better or when Apple delivers a premium back cover and I break down and buy their keyboard cover again.

I also bought a blue case from Verizon that will be returned. Not only is it twice the price as the JETech but there are no magnets in the top cover. So, the iPad doesn't turn on or off and the cover cannot act as a stand. While it's felt lined inside the back cover and flap it's truly worthless for any other use.

That one looks nice(Better than the Logitech one) I wonder if this one also offers a backlit keyboard it doesnt say

Is the clip on bad?

Not in my experience. I’ve had jettech, moko and khomo cases in the past and not experienced scratches on my devices. They do tend to crack around the corners over time tho, but I did swap cases a few times so was taking the cases off a lot. I feel that khomo are the best clip on cases.
