It's possible that Amazon will debut their Drone delivery service by delivering the iPad Pro to all Amazon Prime members on Friday.

Extremely unlikely. Amazon's drone delivery will be for customers in remote locations where Fed Ex and UPS don't have daily delivery, who are willing to pay a premium for faster service than the normal carriers are willing to provide. They're not going to be flying drones all over populated cities to deliver to "all prime members" who've ordered the tablet.

Here's a question I wonder if anyone has any insight into:

Regardless of what day Apple announces the release date, what time of day will they make the announcement? Will it go on their web site at midnight? At 8:00 a.m.? At close of day? Is there any precedent for what time of day they make this kind of announcement? Or is it always different?

I dont thing they are going to make an announcement, and put it up on the store, between 12am and 9am pst.

Speculation - maybe there won't be any announcement. It wouldn't be shocking if the store web site goes down for an hour and the new products are there when it comes back up.

Ive never heard of Apple doing a brand new product release on a wed. The 13th is realistic. Reviews will commence on the 11th.

No one has one yet. Probably is though, or close too it.
I'm saying based solely off of specs.
I truly want it to take notes with in school and just hate not being able to know how the apple pencil will be and whatnot

Everyone who guessed the correct dates in the poll will be receiving a free iPad Pro!
If you go back and change your poll response you will be disqualified.
Fine Print: You will not be guaranteed an iPad Pro on launch day. Offer may be void in some areas.

Most likely Wednesday pre-orders and Friday delivery. Store availability Friday too. Just my guess thanks Sam's club.

You can just walk in the store and pick one up... LOL! This is a $1000 device no matter how you slice it. Plus its not an iPhone. tablet sales are down but rest assured Apple will undership the device.

I'm pretty certain we'll get some confirmation within the next 12hrs on availability and release.

Please let it be Wednesday. I'm off work that day and have no problems getting there early enough.

Friday will be hard

I'm debating an iPad pro. You guys think it's best tablet on the market?

It will definitely be the best tablet on the market, for a little while, until the iPad Pro 2, or until some other company comes out with something better. The Pencil will be the best thing of its type: You'll be able to take notes with it easily.

HOWEVER, Do you really need a $1,000 tablet to take notes in school? It boggles my mind that someone in school even has that much money to spend on a note-taking device. An iPad Air or even an iPad Mini would work just as well for taking notes in class and would be much lighter to carry around. Turn off the keyboard clicks and type your notes, which you can (or should be able to) do much faster than writing with a pencil. The Pro is serious over-kill for taking notes in class.
