you can build the configuration you want and save it as a Favorite to get through the order process faster. If you have a pre approval, it’ll be listed under Preapprovals

even if you got preapproved with apple upgrade, cause im not sure it lets you.

I cannot wait until the 20th to come back to Apple. I had every iPhone up to the X and left to go to Android. We the dumbest thing I've ever done. Since I do not currently have an iPhone I wasn't able to get pre-approved for the IUP.

I don’t get why there is a difference if both are two year plans.

Everyone got their favorite and preapprovals done? Although preorders are staring 5 hours later than usual, the Apple Store could go down before too long.

The preapprovals end at 9:00pm PDT. Tick tock people!

I live in the Mountain Time Zone, and I use to love staying up until 1AM to preorder. Id usually have a preorder party at a friends house and we would both be sitting there with our MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones seeing if Verizon or Apple Store went live first. The new 6AM time will be a bummer, but it gave me greater appreciation for the Eastern Time folks who had to be up (or stay up until) at 3AM to preorder. Starbucks will be my best friend tomorrow at work.

It was brutal. It wouldn't have been as bad if it was a weekend but when you're got work the next day, ouch.

They've never given anything for the brand new phones. Even back when you could log in via Discover and get the additional cash back % when shopping online... new iPhones were always excluded.

At least you can get your case at a discount (and it's actually nice they are doing the brand new watches!)

Ahh yes here we are again to start the hourly tracking of our precious cargo as its delivered to us. I do like the change to ordering cause I can get it done at 7am vs waking up at 2am to get it ordered... How many of you have been here several times before? Me the this is my 4th time, I look forward to chatting with each and everyone of you, GOOD LUCK getting those phones!!!!

Can i do more than one pre-approval? I already have my IUP pre-approved, and it shows up on top of the Apple store app. But i want to order one for the wife also... using normal payment plan. Will doing so affect my iup pre-approval?

Not a fan of the 5 am preorder... that's workout time. I'd rather set the alarm to get up at 11:50, do my order and go back to bed a few hours. Now I'll have to cut my workout short.... Hopefully not too short since this isn't much of an upgrade so hopefully not as many preorders clogging up the servers.

I've lurked several times before. Does that count? I remember checking threads like this old one when the issue affected me. The upgrade program is so much better now!
