I am finally able to see my order. I got pre-approved and received an email that it was approved and now my order says it’s on hold and once my application gets approved they’ll email me an updated delivery date. What the heck? I though that was the point of the pre-approval?! This is frustrating because I’m leaving out of country on the 24 so if this gets delayed I might have to cancel and reorder when I return 2 weeks after

I believe the comment about seeing shipping info is for the cases they mentioned. Was smart to order before launch.

You're toast buying cases right now.

I strongly recommend going and getting a cheap holdover from Amazon.

Last time I was able to check they said they had the payment and were preparing to ship. I will grab some cheapo one eventually if I don't get shipping info soon.

Add me to this on hold list issue. I was pretty approved already. Completed my order. (For store pick up on the 20th. )

When I check my order online I see the on hold and “once your application is approved, we’ll email you an updated delivery date”


First year I haven’t just paid full price for a phone. Not happy so far.

I’m now very nervous because my store pickup order on iPhone Upgrade Program just says “Order Placed” and I haven’t gotten a “loan approved” email like others

Has anyone had their “your order is on hold” status clear and then minutes later to back to being on hold? My wife’s just did that but she got an email receipt the first time it cleared. Now it’s stuck on “hold” again. Anyone?

Just received two emails from Citizens One with my loan numbers! One is IUP the other is just iPhone payments. Wow that was fast!

ohhhh gotcha... yeah i ended up just ordering a case and screen protector from amazon as these were guaranteed to deliver before sept. 20th. Searched a bit on amazon and ended up liking these two options below----

My Credit Card is showing a charge of $0 from the apple store which is weird was thinking they’d do a hold charge that was an actual amount lol wonder if its just me or if anyone else is showing a charge of $0.

Well I got both emails and delivery date but went thru the hold process for about 45 minutes. Currently when you try to look at your order the site says info not available it is getting slammed hard with this much later preorder. I think a lot more folks got on during the 8AM (EST) 7AM CDT, 5 AM PST period and they are still now hitting it hard the servers just never seem to be able to handle this. You are likely fine

hey guys, I made a booboo. For some reason when I placed my order through the App, i did it in such a hurry that I didnt notice my shipping address was incorrect. Is it possible to change the delivery address? because I cant see the option right now (Status: Order placed).

Look carefully at their post. They are talking about the cases they already ordered days ago, not the phone itself.
