I know - I still am confounded and have no idea how to plane track my phone. I just use the cross finger and hope for the best method.
happened with me a dozen times today after I had placed my order. I think its just the load on the server. Nothing to worry about. I can see my order details fine now when I click the order number.
With hundreds of thousands of orders there is a backlog of data for Apple to adjudicate. Patience people
I ordered a few mins past 6am Mountain, however delivery showing Sept 27 for Silver Pro Max on AT&T, this was for shipping from China. I noticed that in store pickup was available on Sept 20th at nearest Apple store, although it wouldn't let me cancel. So I placed another order for in-store pickup on the 20th and having the first order cancelled.
I did the whole shipping from Shenzhen, CH thing a few years ago for the X, tracking UPS flights from HKG to PANC, etc. Not doing that whole mess again!

That's a hold. It gets lifted and re-applied when the device ships. You'll be able to cancel before then.My credit card was just charged for one of my orders - Pro 64GB Green. The one I need to cancel unfortunately

anyone know if the apple site allows you to change your delivery address? I entered an incorrect address in a hurry. my order status currently is "Order placed" and I dont see any option for editing the shipping address :[
Ordered at 5am PST, iPhone Pro Max, 256GB Green. Open carrier, paid in full. Delivers the 20th. My streak of getting every iPhone on launch day continues, since the first one in June, 2007.
While my order is fine -- have order number, citizens loan approval and such I see the store server is currently overloaded for past 15 minutes still getting this message. So those of you waiting for things, getting hold done, and such you may have to wait, the morning rush must be intense LOL

Well, he quoted my question, which had nothing to do with cases.
I ordered in store pickup for the 20th and my email says the 20th. But I'm in Buffalo and its probably not a super high volume store, like NY, LA, Chicago etc...
