So I’m kind of going to miss the flight tracking this year since I’m doing in store pick up this year.

going to take a day off grab my phone in the morning and then have a nice relaxing day.

I just show up a couple of minutes before my window. Here you check in with a person with an iPad and hop in line. It's typically very quick. They'll send someone out to grab you and then you go in and get your phone. You can either wrap up the transaction and leave or they'll let you set it up. The whole process from getting in line to walking out is quick.

Is setup where we pick which CTNs go with which upgrade devices? I can do the rest easy,

Should I be concerned? I checked my status on the order page shows this too, got an e-mail that my loan is approved but didn't get charged for the taxes yet.

depends. if you got release day delivery, the phones are likely in USA already. Which means it could start shipping on Thursday.

I mean you could if you want to. Otherwise just swap your SIM's around when you get home.

Yea mine never got On Hold. I got the Apple and Citizen's emails, but am still just in Order Placed. Never saw Processing yet.

I'm curious do the existing iUP members get charged sooner than the new members. I didn't see a charge yet by did iUP for the first time.

If you go to the order that says "Order Placed", i think the state is actually "Processing"

I found out through my own, that mine was for the loan approval of the IUP

I’m upgrading on the IUP. Ordered exactly at 5 for in store pickup. Got order email from Apple shortly after..

However status still only shows “ORDER PLACED” not processing. and have not received my new CITIZENS ONE loan.


Is that normal?

Not really. They’re probably in China. It will take a couple of days to process then you’ll start to see activity on the UPS front. UPS has multiple planes which are loaded with the precious cargo. Your iPhone may be on the first flight out or it may not. It depends a lot on when the order was placed. But if you were given a launch day delivery, then you will most probably have you iPhone on launch day.

Yeah always get the shipping notification 1-2 days before delivery date when the phone is in SDF or Memphis( UPS/FedEx hubs). Have to use reference number( usually phone number/order number) or have it show up under mychoice/delivery planner to find it in the mean time.

Note of Clarification: My order is still on Order Placed. App has that under processing, but website has it as a separate item.

Hey guys, could use some help please. I am out of country at the moment. I placed my order for a space grey 512 GB sim-free phone and paid in full. My status shows as "Order received". Trouble is I made a mistake with the delivery address. I am unable to edit it currently. Is there anyone here at all who is able to 'edit' their shipping address? I cant call apple support from here

Had a weird experience this AM. Was going for space grey but the app froze when I went to use Apple Pay. After force closing and reopening the app, dates for a 64GB Pro Max were into late Sept/early October, so I ordered a Midnight Green with launch day delivery using Apple Pay & Apple Card.

Card went put the entire purchase amount on hold about 90 minutes ago, but never presented a push notification.

I purchased full price unlocked. It's strange to me that I had a message showing the space grey selling out before the green when it seems that is not really the case. Oh well, I'm just happy to be here!

Update: My order is back to processing with a 9/20 delivery date after being placed "on hold" for a second time. Their servers must be going bananas right now.

No clue.... I don't recall the on hold status last year or the year prior so it may be new for this year.

Well I'm sure there would be an e-mail if there was an issue. I'll give them a call later. I remember some customers getting an e-mail last year about it. But if they approved the citizen loan I should be fine but I'll give them a call. If it has to do with payment issue, I hope I can just update my payment info??

Storage space and ram are two different things. The storage space doesn’t affect speed

well unless there isn't enough. then it will, if it gets close to full. the os needs some room to breath.
