Does the camera cut out seem huge to you (if you got the pro)?
You might be able to iMessage them instead if you go into the Apple Store appanyone?
You don't get charged for Taxes just a hold in the amount of the taxes. My order was processed at 8:02 AM. My hold just dropped in the last 5 minutes. I have already seen the hold for Taxes but no emails from Citizens. Now back to a Sept. 20 delivery via Standard Delivery. It is something different every year.

Looks like we just need to wait 'a few more hours'. It's about double the size of the current cut out. Kind of big, but something we will get used to I'm sure.
I placed my IUP order at 7:00 from iPhone app, got the 256 Max Pro Green, got a Sep 20th delivery date. I have the pending tax charge from apple show up on my Apple card, got an email from Citizens One about my loan approval, on the email it says I will be charged my first payment when the phone ships. The charge for sales tax from apple is just to make sure that there is enough money there, it will eventually go away and I will be charged when the phone ships. My order status has always said "order placed" has not bounced to "hold" yet. Once my order changes to processed . I will be able to get serial number and check build date and then the fun of tracking my phones movement from China, to South Korea, to Alaska, to Memphis to Mather, CA to my house will be the fun/stressful part.

oh you messed up on the delivery address too? yeah I didnt have any luck with the chat feature either, it keeps saying to contact them from 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time.

How soon did you get in? For me was almost 10 past by time iPhone store app let me in. Then my preapproval process seemed ok but they seemed to have lost the credit card info for the payment to citizens (which was there in preapproval) took another 5 minutes plus to put than in. By then I saw my date and it was September 27 to October 1. It was space grey however and it seems that color went faster than the midnight green
Yep - I never changed my shipping address from when I moved a couple months ago - very dumb. Not the end of the world if it ends up going there, but I moved to an area with a lower tax rate so I'm definitely hoping they become available for us to change soon!
Also it seems that those that got pre approved and used Apple Card to pay, had a much easier time ordering, I literally completed my order in 15 seconds once the app opened up.
I love the fact that I was able to order my case on Amazon right after the keynote ended and had it in hand the next day.

One of my IUP phones wouldn't let me pick up in store. Frustrating thing is that the first IUP phone I ordered allowed for pickup. So now I'm going to the store to pick up one and then waiting at the office for the mail to arrive lol. Not complaining cuz it could definitely be worse. Just odd. 
Were you able to ship to your office for the IUP phone? Mine came through as my home address even though my office is listed as my shipping address. I hope I change that.
apparently any changes or cancellations etc can be made once it goes into 'processing'
Pre Ordered this morning through Apple Store app, iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB. I opted for Midnight Green instead of the usual Space Grey and 8am in-store pick up instead of convoluted UPS CC interception the morning of release.
Also received email from AT&T confirming purchase and new NEXT Agreement.

Yep total random amount that doesnt equal the tax or payment or anything...not sure what it is.Anyone else get charged a super random amount? It's not the tax amount, or the loan amount.
[doublepost=1568392046][/doublepost]I found it odd that my local Apple Store was unavailable to select for local pickup, i was only able to choose shipping. Im getting it shipped to the house, but now I just have to make sure someone is there to ward off porch pirates.
