I cancelled my AT&T Next Up order (30 Month Installment +$5/mo fee) due to the cloudiness of trading in at 12 months next year. Apple is still offering the AT&T Next Every Year Plan for 24 installments. I just place a new order with Apple.com for Pick Up in store on Sept 20 with AT&T Next Every Year.

This is what is posted in the FAQs on AT&T.com on the new Next Up Plan webpage.

The AT&T Next® and AT&T Next Every Year® Plans are being discontinued and are available only from select non-AT&T dealers for only a limited time.

You can trade in and upgrade your smartphone pursuant to the existing AT&T Next® and AT&T Next Every Year® trade-in terms. When you trade in your smartphone, you will have a choice between the AT&T Installment Plan and the AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up unless the AT&T Next® or AT&T Next Every Plan® is offered by a non-AT&T dealer.
Damn I don't know if I should cancel my A&TT order to get out of the 30 month installment and buy from Apple/Best Buy. But I feel like next year they will change the plans completely anyway.

still amazed that AT&T is stilling delivering on the 20th for 256GB MG Pros. I think AT&T's new upgrade program is turning people off. They are forcing a $5/mo fee for no reason and no 24 mo option. So the cost to upgrade is much more than Apple's UP.

Taxes charged and moved from on hold to processing

Interestingly enough, I did AT&T next through the Apple store app and I could still choose the old better plan (next every year)

I ordered a Verizon phone on IUP connected to my line. Does anyone know if I were to port my number now to an MNVO I could just swap in the SIM card when the new iPhone comes next week? I hate that Verizon charges the dumb activation fee.

512 GB silver Pro Max. I currently have delivery set for freaking 9/27 to 10/1, but am crossing everything possible that that changes. My order went through at 8:07 EDT.

Well we might be traveling in same plane again. I got in at 7:08 CDT, a few problems with apple loosing my preapproval payment info so had to do that part again, there was a 30 minus hold while payment got confirmed and then I got same date as you. Here we are again I suspect this batch will move up like last year although maybe not the 20th.

mychoice is free. Most of the features the premium version comes with the free membership can obtain for that one delivery for a small charge( usually $5 or so).
The premium membership cost $40.00!

How does UPS manage signed deliveries to apartment complexes? My apartment has Luxer locker units and a unified stock room. I'm wondering if a Leasing Manager will sign for me or the process behind this.

No sure if it was asked and answered earlier in the thread, but if in store pickup was selected, there won’t really be a change in status other than “Processing” until the day of pickup, correct?

Does Apple now use UPS? In the past all my shipments from Apple have been via FEDEX. In reference to MyChoice, the only features that cost extra are setting a 2-hour delivery window and redirecting to a different address. Rather than paying full price I believe you can pay on a per package basis (like $5). It important to note that if you don't already have mychoice setup and verified signing up now might be kinda useless to you as it takes a couple of weeks to verify your address (they send you a letter and have you go online and type in the code on the letter).
