Ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max Midnight Green/256GB/Unlocked (Sept 20 ship date) I stayed up till 5am to place my pre-order. Thought i wasn't going to make it but turned Agents of Shield on Netflix and i was good till 5 when i ordered.

Finally got someone in chat. They said on their end it DID show failure to authorize payment. They ran it again though and it went through. Online status has still never changed. Here is to hoping it all works out.
 
I think they removed the restrictions they had in place to control the load for the apple store. You can see updated order details now and can process changes and cancellations.
How?? I just looked and it still says 'your order can't be changed at this time' and to wait a few hours.
 
mine has done the same. I would think with the increase in traffic to their site, there have been a few glitches

agreed, it seems obvious that it is just traffic related and makes me wonder how much demand vs supply there really is... mine actually just updated back to processing... weird how that makes me so happy that the green bar is closer to "preparing to ship" now, lmao... i'm such an apple geek fanboy or whatever you want to call it.

still amazed that AT&T is stilling delivering on the 20th for 256GB MG Pros. I think AT&T's new upgrade program is turning people off. They are forcing a $5/mo fee for no reason and no 24 mo option. So the cost to upgrade is much more than Apple's UP.
I don't think anyone likes that dumb hidden finance charge at all. And no one else makes you pay extra without anything in return (insurance etc...)

Nope not for everyone. It is still based on where you are in the workflow but your post is a good indication that it is still working...

Pro/64/Silver just hit "processing" for the first time today.

This'll be my somewhat hesitant return to iPhone after a major customer support fiasco with my 7+. Hope I don't have to deal with that again and I can be a happy iPhone owner.

Still bewildering to me, this whole process.

Ordered a silver 256GB sim-free iPhone 11 Pro Max at 5:01PT. Got confirmation at 5:02PT. September 23 delivery date.

Same thing with a silver 256GB sim-free iPhone 11 Pro. September 23.

First-world problems, but I’ve not managed to get a launch-day iPhone for years. I guess nothing is changing this year.
 
Their new plan requires the “convenience” fee of $5 to upgrade after 50% is paid off. That means 15 months which completely defeats the purpose imo. So happy Apple still could use their old plans!
Agree. Not only do you pay $60 more, you have to make three more payments to be able to upgrade after 12 months.
 
Both my phone pre-order( 8 am order) and the case( 10:20 am order) has moved on to processing from order placed.
Funny thing with mine is that I ordered the case a few days ago, and once I ordered the iPhones, the case order doesn't show anymore. I can still get to it from the email, but it isn't in the app otherwise.
 
Pre-ordered the 11 pro 64gb space gray T-Mobile variant and received my confirmation email shortly after at about 7:04 cst right when the pre-order launched. Estimated arrival date to my home address is 09/20. My order still shows “processing” on the Apple app.

For those picking up in store, is it possible to change the pick-up window time and contact number? For some reason mine defaulted to some really old number. Also I'd like to pick up earlier. Thanks
