Carrier iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) AT&T US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

My 11 has been shipped, and my other 11 Pro Max is still preparing for shipping. The 11 says it was shipped out on 9/15 so I'm gonna take a wild guess and say the Pro Max was shipped out as well, because AT&T takes forever to update.

Ordered 9/15 and still In Progress. 256 pro max midnight green. Saw this post and now have some hope. Shipping date range says 9/23-9/30

When do they usually begin to give you tracking information considering it’s almost thursday and my order is supposed to arrive on friday the 20th

I’ve received phones on launch day before my tracking numbers was posted so with ATT you never know. They have gotten better about their system though

Dude! You really know how to get someone excited! I would be pleasantly surprised if ordering two days after pre-order opened that I get a phone on release day. Wouldn't that be magical! Thanks for the optimism.

Ordered at 7:49am. No shipping email received, but order updated between 10 pm and 4am to show as shipped. Delivery tomorrow before 3 pm.

Looks like they processed the 11 orders overnight and will probably do the Pro’s at some point during the day. Since these phones are overnighted, ATT will sometimes not send the shipped emails until Thursday afternoon.

Mine is a Pro. It actually shows as shipped on 9/17 under the FedEx details.

I ordered 9/13 at 8:15AM. Already paid, CC was charged immediately.

Mine went from “preparing to ship with a delivery date of 9/20” to “preparing to ship” with no delivery date. Weird.

I'm sorry, but if you work for FedEX you should know that with a Delivery Manager account you can hold the package on a center.

Got tracking number emails from fedex at 5:42 and 5:50 am est this morning. Both should be here by 8 pm tomorrow (technically one says today, but we know that won’t happen).

Not always and a center isn’t the same as a main hub. It’s the equivalent of having UPS delivery held at a UPS store. This order does not have the option for a hold though.
