Carrier iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) AT&T US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

It’s blocked on these packages in Delivery Manager. I tried all the options. Has always been that way for me.
Yup, that’s how it is for me as well. It only gives me the option of a vacation hold.
I ordered my 11 pro max from apple and it’s gonna be here tomorrow for sure.
My questions is, in the 11th hour(yesterday) I ordered my wife an 11 pro silver 64gb from the att website. When I ordered it said estimated delivery between the 20th-24th. My status overnight went from processing to preparing to ship. Last time I ordered an iPhone from att it was shipped out of Memphis I believe and I live in Ky. What are the odds she gets hers tomorrow??
Obviously they’ve got the stock or it wouldn’t of went to preparing to ship. Just wondering everyone’s thoughts.

I ordered an 11 Pro 512GB in space gray on 9/13 at 7:50AM and my order still shows "Preparing to ship" and no tracking info. Previously showed 9/20 delivery. Hopefully it's still shipping today.
I think AT&T’s iPhones are stored in their warehouse in Fort Worth, at least that is the case for launches like this. That’s where mine have been shipping from the last few years I ordered through AT&T.

Where do you live?? It may regionalized. I remember a few years ago(I think when I preordered my 6 plus) I preordered from att and my packaged was shipped from Memphis. I mean, my mind may be slippin, but I’m pretty sure.

I’m in the Chicago area. Memphis would make sense if the stock was being held at the FedEx terminal, which in past years could have been the case when deliveries from Apple were even more last minute. But I know for the past 3+ years the iPhones I’ve ordered have come from Ft. Worth.
I paid the taxes up front when I ordered. Well the pending charge expired and was returned to my account, but they never charged me again when my phone was shipped? Anybody else?

Well. Again, it’s my wife’s phone. Regardless my pro max will get here tomorrow. I just thought it’d be hilarious to order hers yesterday and it get here tomorrow. Still might have hope. Seems a slew of people with 20th delivery dates are showing preparing to ship like mine.
Good luck. It does seem like Apple and their telco partners did better with demand planning this year.
totally depends on your location. I’m in Phoenix and was able to hold mine.

Yes mines has no date just says progressing yesterday it had a delivery date for the 20th, this morning no delivery date
I’m in the same boat for my wife’s phone ordered from ATT. I’m not too worried. Some years my phone would get delivered and online still show processing. But I don’t see anything in FedEx delivery manager yet.
Yep... same. Had a delivery date for the 20th... now there is no date and no charge on my card. But I'm not too worried :$
IIRC, one year with AT&T there was no update at all and the iPhones just showed up on launch day. THEN I got the shipping emails and tracking haha!!
Bottom line is I think you’re OK.
ETA: This year’s example: I got shipping emails and tracking for both orders, but on AT&T it shows one order Shipped and one Preparing to Ship haha!!
