If you are ordering from ATT, call this number and put in your order number.

Like a lot of you mine was a receive data of 9/20 but shows Preparing to Ship. So it still says 9/20 and the ATT reps keep saying its 9/20 but if you call the number and put in the order number it tells me its backordered. Just sharing what I found out. Mine does not look good for 9/20 if the order status number is correct.

Usually goes from preparing to ship>backordered>shipped.
Though sometimes it skips the backordered part altogether.
My order went from “processing” to “preparing to ship” around 2pm and just now see a FedEx tracking number. Was picked up in TX about 25 minutes ago.
It does NOT show up in FedEx delivery manager for me. My order status page shows the tracking number. Will be here tomorrow.

Hope you are correct. Would be nice if it arrives but not holding my breath. I had two phones ordered, one iphone 11 and a iphone11 Pro Max 256GB space gray. The non pro shows shipped with tracking and the other one does not and says preparing to ship. Kind of sucks cause I am switching carriers as part of this and now I will have one arriving and one not arriving if it is backordered. Not and ideal situation but it is what it is.
So take this with a grain of salt, but I just called AT&T and had them look up my order......1 phone has shipped and the other is "preparing to ship". She said I would definitely receive both tomorrow and that they would most like arrive together. Hmmmmmmmmmm...........maybe?

I got the tracking number when I checked my order online.

My AT$T status page says my order is preparing to ship. My email from AT$T gave me a tracking number from FEDEX and it will be here tomorrow.
I have been pretty confident that mine would arrive tomorrow. However, I have never not gotten tracking info or status shown shipped by later than Thursday afternoon. Could indicate the higher than expected popularity and more orders to input into the system but honestly right now I’m thinking it may end up being Monday for me.
I'm in the same boat BUT I haven't been able to get to ATT's site or app to check my status since 1 pm ET today.....so I'm still hopeful
Very frustrated. Ordered at 8:30 am EST and phone has always had delivery date of 9/20. Phone is still at Preparing for Shipment. Tried calling the the order status phone number and will not tell me current status. Not feeling confident. Also, ordered an tech 21 case on Sunday and the shipping info says shipped Tuesday but another tracking number with no info.
Don’t worry preparing to ship means fedex already has your phone cause when I track mine it says it shipped on the 18 & that’s when mine went into preparing for shipment
Anyone else order with firstnet and waiting for some type of movement? Order placed at 910AM EST after it opened and just keeps flipping between we're working on your order and we hit a snag but ready to get things back on track. Frustrating
I hope so. Mine has said Preparing for Shipping since yesterday so hoping it just shows up tomorrow.
