This past week has been a whirlwind of FirstNet issues.
Woke up early on preorder morning and was able to get my order submitted in 19! (Totally expected that to change to 9/20 but cool)
On 9/17 I get an email that says there’s a problem with my order and I need to call support. Spent 2.5 hours total on the phone, 6 transfers: from FN to premier, to AT&T Customer satisfaction, to AT&T orders, to AT&T general support, to Premier, back to FN. Everyone could see the error message but no one could see why, apparently I found a new error in the system, lucky me

I’m told the only resolution is to cancel my order and go into a store to place a new FN upgrade order, losing my Friday delivery

apparently when it comes to phone upgrades the store can override any error messages that occur, FN, AT&T and premier phone support cannot for online orders.
I go into the store and they get everything ordered, expected date 9/24-10/2... not too bad but totally wanted to fanboy with everyone else Friday.
Cut to this morning I get a surprise... my new order placed on 10/17 for a iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb Space Grey has shipped from PA with delivery by 20:00 9/19!!!!!
It’s been an ordeal but I’m so happy things are looking up! Guess someone cancelled or had another error like mine and I got lucky.
