does anyone know if someone has to be present to sign tomorrow from fedex?

it doesn’t indicate it on the app but i do remember one year i had to chase down a driver in just my socks because i didn’t hear the doorbell.

i just don’t remember who i ordered from and who delivered it

I ordered with FN....but not until earlier today so I don't have a est ship until the 26th which is on par with the regular ATT website so I'm assuming its all working the same. Did you pre order through the website or over the phone just curious?

this hurts. but don't fret my pet! once orders start actually shipping it may come as expected or a lot sooner. systems have a lot going on right now so everything isn't going to be 100 percent accurate while ATT is still in possession

What is our original delivery date? If mine isn’t here tomorrow I am calling and canceling my order. I have had so many issues with a ATT over the past several months and this would be the last incident that would push me over to Verizon.
 
Well mine is already in Florida (where I’m located) 15 mins away from and ready to ship :)
 
I had AT&T online chat rep told me to do two separate order. Add a new line (iPhone 11 64gb) via account overview first, then do an upgrade (iPhone 11 128gb) and that still qualifies me for BOGO + $300 Rewards Card (two separate orders)... At least that's what the sales rep said. Will I have any issues?

I ordered on the website which was hard enough. Can't imagine trying to do it over the phone.

That's exactly what I'll do. My neighbor is an AT&T store so hopefully they have stock of Green or Black. If not Best Buy is a walk away, haha. Thank you.
 
Received an email saying my order has been changed to 10/19 - 10/20. My order status still says "Preparing to Ship". and 4 ATT Reps checked and my Order is still being prepared for shipment. All 4 reps says I will get it tomorrow and ignore the other email. 2 reps even confirmed thru their Ordering Department nothing has changed to my order and I should get the Pro 11 512 GB tomorrow.

I placed the order thru ATT at 7:55AM CST with Delivery Date of 9/19. That date changed to 9/20 yesterday. Now I do not see a Delivery Date but Preparing To Ship status

Forgot to add. The rep I spoked to on the phone around 6PM CST says I'm most definitely getting my phone tomorrow as it is being fulfilled by local fulfillment place. I live in Naperville, IL. I asked which one and he said "It doesnt say. Only that your phone is already in your state and will update soon to Preparing to Ship

Chat reps are not available now. I wonder if I can cancel and pick one up in-store tomorrow.

You should be good. I got an email mine shipped late the 19th (I’m out of the Country currently so I just woke up to the email) however, the ATT site hasn’t updated and shows “preparing to ship”. Sometimes updates don’t come at the same time even though the devices(s) are en route.

I haven't received an email but ordered a day earlier 256 MG pro max and still says in progress. Any other way to check status? Delivery date still says 9/23-9/30
 
Has anyone walked into AT&T and cancel their preorder then get the phone in the store instead? Or would it be too complicated to do all that? My shipping dates are from September 23rd to 30th and I am kind of getting impatient.
