Carrier iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) AT&T US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

Yeah I've been checking fedex, USPS, and UPS - I have the apps and accounts for all 3 and nada in any of them....
UPS MyChoice isn’t listing this delivery though it is registering via the tracking number. I suspect they flag these somehow to restrict delivery changes.
Yeah same here. To be fair, last year it didn’t show up in delivery manager until ATT marked it as shipped. Not sure why. With UPS, as soon as the label gets created I get notified. I don’t FedEx is as accurate at UPS. I just checked last years tracking info and my XS Max got delivered at 9:23 AM CST. I know that could change based on a ton of variables but FE always delivers before 10:00 AM to me. I’ll know for sure in under 2 hours I guess. Thing is, I have a ton to do today and I had to push back some appointments and errands to be here to sign for my package. If I knew it for sure was or not coming I could step back and punt and alter my schedule for the day. That has to be the case. Makes the most sense.
yeah I will hang out today....I agree UPS is much better at informing you than FedEx...I've had tons of issues with them....and depending on how it ships it's either Fedex Ground or FedEx Home....the Ground folks are awesome and my stuff generally arrives before lunch....FE Home sucks (here...it's a local thing) and there's no telling when it will arrive....I've received deliveries as late as 8 pm...
I am told both mine will still arrive today even though it only shows 1 of 2 devices shipped with the 2nd preparing to ship. This is what they sent me so I will share with all of you. Take it for what it is. If you ordered on 9/16 or earlier you should get it today if the below is accurate. Even with tracking and shipping not updating.
AT&T Update
I understand its important you get the new phone ASAP, the reason for the pre order is that the devices be delivered on the release date, this way you can enjoy your phones before anyone else, the delivery date is directly attached to the date the order was placed, this means if the order was placed within the first four days of pre order which were 09/13 and 09/16 the device should be delivered today along the day, its important to keep in mind that the delivery time is strictly up to the delivery carrier tho I can assure you they are doing their best to have the phones delivered ASAP.
They are still holding true to a today delivery date if you ordered in the first 4 days of pre order sales. As long as there is no carrier delays thats out of their control. I am not overly confident but I will hold judgment till I see how the day turns out. Not ideal if only one shows up when I am porting over to AT&T after 10 years on another carrier. Dont really want one phone ported and one not ported due to backorder. Not a great scenarios to be in with only so much time to cancel.

I'm busying myself with updating my phone/watch and now getting a backup of my phone so I will be ready for the new phone....

I am ok with it not arriving today. Tomorrow or Monday is fine as well. I am more worried about both phones arriving at the same time due to the fact that I am porting over from another carrier. I don't want to end up porting one line and having to wait another week or two to be able to port the other line.

I haven’t even thought about backup prepping for the new phone today
I usually do a fresh’n’clean start (no restore) but things seem to be getting better each year I may try restoring from a backup.my package says in transit from Indianapolis at 4:20 am with no updates after that..scheduled delivery is today by 8:00 PM but I live in TN, kinda thinking i wont get it today

IF NOT........I will be mildly disappointed and get on with my life.......
It’s on the truck for delivery now. Hopefully my buddy the driver gets over to my place before I have to head out to the trade show. Would be great to get it set up before I leave.
Honestly feel like I’m not going to get my phone today. Still not on a truck and then I’m unavailable after 1:00. My new complex owners do not allow packages to be dropped off at the office.

I ordered mine on the 16th as well, but no luck with a delivery date ahead of next week. Actually ordered it on the 15th online with AT&T and got an email the next day saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't verify it was me who logged into my account, ordered the phone and entered my payment information. Had to rush in and order at my local AT&T store...so I lost my expected Sep 20 ship date to now having the 23rd through the 30th. Should have went through Apple...
My delivery date of 9/20 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 green disappeared last night. I called AT&T this morning and she said it is back ordered. Strange not to have some kind of a date, though. Haven't had that happen in all the years I have been ordering. My iPhone 11 in Black which has also had the delivery date of 9/20 showing all week is out for delivery.SAME......first one shipped at local Fed Ex place.....2nd pro still says, "preparing to ship" but the delivery date is not there anymore......have not received any problem emails or delay emails so maybe still delivering today? Just weird because usually "preparing to ship" means they have the phone and are "preparing to ship" it. Why move it to "preparing to ship" if the phone is back ordered and is not available? Hmmmmmmm.
My local Best Buy has several available for walk in orders or online order with pickup today, so I guess if mine doesn't come today I can cancel and just get one of those. Plenty of stock available.
That’s the thing, if you used an upgrade to order, you can’t cancel and have the upgrade reversed until you receive and return the device.
