I am eligible to upgrade from 11ProMax to 12ProMax but Apple Store app only lets me go to 12 Pro.
Do you live near a distribution center? When I lived in Memphis, I could count on getting anything from FedEx a day early. Two of the last four iPhones I’ve ordered directly through Apple. Those two iPhones ordered directly through Apple have been delivered the day before release day each time. As long as you’re within the first percentage of orders, you do have a probability of receiving the device a day before release.
I’d imagine that focusing the early deliveries around one day saves Apple a lot of money in shipping. They likely get a cut rate for the volume shipped at once, and it doesn’t overload the shipping system as they’re not overnight packages. It is nothing more than Apple being set in its ways and not wanting to establish a new precedence for future releases that may or may not be staggered.
I got a pacific blue 256GB at 8:00 EST from Toronto and its still processing too.Same. Ordered a silver ProMax 256GB at 8:06 EST from Toronto. Still processing.
I can’t waittt! So excited. 😍That’s awesome. My Pro Max Graphite is also ‘preparing to ship’. You’ll love the S6 watch.
Should do nothing. Perfectly normal.Just wondering... Is this normal? Mine is still Processing but some of you guys are already preparing on shipment status. I ordered mine when they open the pre-order.
What should I do?

I believe other companies with high demand products (Sony, Microsoft) also focus on a single day.
That is a very good point I had not considered.Do you live near a distribution center? When I lived in Memphis, I could count on getting anything from FedEx a day early.

So you're telling me there's a chance..! 💃🕺🎉Nope. They have the carrier put a hold on them for launch day, forever and always. Maybe one of 10 million slip through each year so the odds are not great.
Create a UPS My Choice account and they will let you do a shipment release authorization, meaning you don’t have to be physically home to sign for it.A little disappointed in apple. Spent an hour trying to get the shipping changed to their store or order cancelled and couldn’t. UPS sucks where I’m at and doesn’t arrive until like 7-8pm. This requires a signature doesn’t it?
A “Dumb and Dumber” movie reference.So you're telling me there's a chance..! 💃🕺🎉
We do but, if we change it to a retail access location, that can delay delivery by a day. If someone has a UPS locker access near by, one could change delivery to that point and pick up on launch day. I don’t have the latter nearby and don’t want to risk having delivery delayed with a retail access point, not to mention it could get conveniently lost at the access point and then I am screwed.Don't you guys have pickup points in the U.S? In Europe we can choose where to pickup our packages. I have my local 24/7 - 7-11 where we can pick it up day or night![]()

It will ship before, but won't be delivered until the launch day.Do you guys think the Pro Max phones will ship before launch date next Friday?
Mine too i had same issue with online pre order and lost 5 minutes with that , in the end my pre order states 30th November delivery, and i only ordered a graphite 128 pro max, hopefully delivery date will change once its preparing to shipCan't believe what happened. I'm desperate to dump my OP7. Stood there refreshing constantly. The apple web site must have had a bug as it wasn't until I visited the US store that the bit about getting the apple store ready changed and that was 20 minutes past the pre-order time.
So mine currently says 30 Nov and my watch arrives tomorrow (9 Nov). I hope the watch warranty starts on activation as otherwise its going back as I dont want to lose a month of warranty.
I'm in the UK.
Only if its bad luck for everyone else that will get them on the 13th.Hmm. Arrives Friday the 13th. Bad luck?
