I ordered mine at 14:01CET in Apple Store App on iPhone XS Max. However, on my MacBook Pro the buy iPhone 12 Pro Max page on Apple.com did not show for 25 minutes.
Delivered in Copenhagen on Friday, November 13, 2020.
I had already days prior to Pre-Order Day favorited the Pacific Blue iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB in the Apple Store App, so only three clicks and Apple Pay and done.

The last time I did it was ordering the iPhone X on the Apple Store App on iPhone 7 Plus you could actually days before Pre-Order put the item in the Shopping Basket.
But now, 2 hours and 9 minutes after release all 12 Pro Max models except Graphite Gray is still on for delivery on Friday, November 13, 2020.

An hour after preorder started I was able to order a silver 128 GB Max for pickup on 11/13, although I chose the 14th. I just realized as I was typing this that next Fri is Friday the 13th
I’m so sorry... but Atleast you’ll get it.

Ordered an iPhone mini 128 gig on Xfinity Mobile @ 5:02 am. Shows delivery 11-13, we will see if it make it. Was going to get a 256 gig (really don't need it). Noticed the date available changed with color and memory size. 256 gig was mid-December.

Ordered 3 Pro Max 256GB iPhones in blue, graphite and gold when the store went live! Odd how the Apple store app went live at 8:03am Eastern US on one of our phones, at 8:05am on my iPad, at 8:10am on another phone, and at 8:08am on my PC. The ordering process went much more smoothly for me than when I ordered the Pro version a few weeks ago and encountered errors when trying to check out. I’m surprised that as of 8:30am ET most of the Pro Max phones were still available for delivery on November 13th, since I assumed the Pacific Blue in particular would sell out quickly.

even two hours later they’re still available.
I did notice that the store came up at different times on devices right next to each other. That was odd.

Checkout was a total breeze... I think I do like the staggered launch so the entire eco-system does not order all at once...

Confirmation email iPhone 12 Pro Max Blue 256Gb and offered in-store pickup at 9 am 11/13 Woot!!!! 👍👍:cool::apple::apple:

I traded in my green 11 Pro Max in like new condition! I chose for delivery, store pickup was not available to me! Got the Mini this time around in black!

Ordered my 256 Pro Max in Pacific Blue promptly at 8 a.m. Eastern. Doing the pre order a couple days ago made things really easy. Delivery expected next Friday. I’m hoping the camera is really worth the upgrade. Now, to sell my like new 11 Pro Max (green).

Wondering how much it is to replace a broken screen this time around. I normally ge AppleCare but did not order it this time around. However, the one and only time I didn’t get AppleCare I ended up breaking he screen. :(

I had that happen, too. My iPhone store app came up at 5:01AM PST while the iPad store app didn’t come up until sometime between 5:15-5:20. The web store didn’t appear until about five minutes after that.

Ordering was nice and easy via the app which was just as well as I was out at the time.

Ordered the phone and then went back for a couple of Homepod Minis for the kids' Christmas.

... and then went back for the Apple leather case as I couldn't even see it on the app first time round.

I pay full price for my phones with a credit card that covers my for damage. worth it not having to pay for apple care with every new phone.

I’m shocked that there seems to be no mini nor Pro Max that has slipped past the Nov. 13 slip date. Either Apple manufactured a ton of these things or demand is weak. Now if nVidia RTX 3000’s, AMD RX 6000’s, AMD Ryzen 3’s, PS5’s, and XBox Series X/S could follow Apple’s example. You don’t see bots scavenging supplies for iPhones, and Apple sells over 200 million a year.

Pro Max 128GB in Pacific Blue here in the UK. Ordered straight away on the app. Had pre-approved the loan earlier in the week so paying it off monthly interest free. Upgrading from XS Max 64GB as usually running out of space.

I think delaying the Max launch lowered demand significantly. People who want “the best” iPhone overlap significantly with people who want a shiny new toy in their hands as fast as possible. They ordered their Pros back in October.

Well, that Graphite Pro Max sat in my Shopping Bag for a couple hours before I finally committed. But, finally followed through and decided to at least give it a go. I suspect it's going to be too big and heavy (it would be my first really "big" phone) and that's it's going to go back but I want to give it a try anyway.

Still got Nov 13th for the In-Store Pickup though.

I think they finally jumped the shark on the size of the Max. It’s just too big and heavy for the majority of people so I think demand is sagging. The time offset between the regular Pro and Max also took away demand as people bought the Pros since they were available first.

I think when the numbers come in the sales volume is going to be 12 - 12 Pro - Mini - Max (high to low).

Could be... though I ordered a Pro Max and I'm very excited. It's good to have options, right?

Remember when the iPhone only came in one size? :p

The 12 Pro Max will be a teeny tiny bit bigger than my current(!) iPhone 6S Plus. It'll definitely be heavier though, but that doesn't bother me.
