I'm still surprised that they aren't pushed back yet. I guess demand wasn't as strong. (kinda annoyed I woke up early for me to order)
I think you’ll be happy with it. I have an 11 Pro Max and considered getting a regular Pro this year, but the smaller screen, worse battery life, and inferior cameras all dissuaded me. 12 Pro Max graphite here I come.Could be... though I ordered a Pro Max and I'm very excited. It's good to have options, right?

The 12 Pro Max will be a teeny tiny bit bigger than my current(!) iPhone 6S Plus. It'll definitely be heavier though, but that doesn't bother me.
I did as well. I thought it was going to be delivered on the 16th... But then it changed to the 17th. Oh well.

act quick sprint users. Their system is not correct. You can get a 12 pro max with no trade-in for $11.66 a month (30 months). Must be a customer. Cheaper than trade-in option. 12 mini has no discount so they double dipped the saving on the pro Max by accident. Not sure if T-Mobile site has same mistake.
I was able to order through the Apple app a few minutes after the advertised opening. I was using both my iPhone and my Mac Air. Using the Apple website, I couldn't get past "Opening soon" or similar home page for ordering. Even twenty minutes after the advertised opening an able to order it using the Apple App Store app.
App was absolutely terrible tried over 40 times and failed over and over, finally once the website was up I tried there and worked the first try. Pickup at my local store on the 13th.
My experience was the exact opposite. Was pre-approved on Tuesday and when it came to ordering the app would not work at all for me so had to do the entire process again!
Now my order is stuck on hold.
All phones are available because Apple is not allocating many units to stores since almost all orders are being funneled through pre-orders due to the pandemic. They are probably able to free up millions of additional phones this morning because of that.
12 Mini 128gb Green ordered at 3.08 pm, estimated delivery date was 13-16th when ordering but confirmation email from Apple says delivery on the 13th
Well, I woke up at 5am to place my pre-order and it's showing as arriving on Nov 13th.
But I just checked the delivery date for a new order if I placed it now and it's still showing as arriving Nov 13th.
I guess I could have slept a bit more.

Apple just charged me for the $94.11 for the tax on the 1UP, Placed my order right at 8am EST, so things are already starting to move to order processing.
