I know that, no other reason why Marques etc. don't mention anything negative, but zollotech did mentioned it quite often, after many iOS beta reviews because it was mentioned in his comments. But the very big ones like MBHKD, Jonathan Morrison etc., they never did in fact.

Honestly don’t trust or rate MBHKD, Jonathan Morrison and the rest of them lying snakes that get early review units from apple.

they‘re a bunch of dishonest, clickbait muppets.

Only watch their videos so I can see the devices before they go on sale lol.

Zolotech is a good one, he should’ve done more research on the green tint issue before running his mouth, would of taken a 5 second google search to realise it‘s still a problem on iOS 15.

Honestly don’t think anyone knows anymore when it comes to raised blacks and green tint. 🤦‍♂️

I’d say wait till august, that’s when apple fixed the green tint issue on the 11 series.

If they can’t fix it with a software update, then they’ll have to start a recall program and swap out faulty units.

Noticed my black levels have gone backwards compared to previous iOS updates, currently on iOS 14.7 and blacks look more yellow/green, I’ve had the green tint issue since launch. 🤷‍♂️

I'm really starting to think this is software because the apple tv has raised blacks and is fixed so I'm convinced this is software

Honestly don’t know what this green crap and raised crap is anymore. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I’m giving them till the end of august to fix it, then I won’t be leaving a apple store until I get a phone without green 💩.

If it was software then should all iPhone 12 be affected.
Like I said, I have no idea anymore lol, maybe call apple and ask them how come some phones are affected by raised blacks and green tint and some aren’t.

Only hope we have left is that they fixed the same problem on the 11 series in august, if it ain’t fixed by then, then you know it’s a hardware issue. 🤔

Funny how it seems with every new software release there are some claims of the raised blacks being fixed.

8 months after launch it's pretty clear this was always a hardware issue and it is never getting fixed by Apple.

Not so clear.

I really dont know anymore because when screen recording a black image on my phone the black is gray and the higher the brightness the more gray, that's seems like a glitch

Anyone with a newer build iPhone 12 series have green tint? Thinking if it’s worth getting apple to send out a newer build 12 pro max to see if it doesn’t have this green tint crap.

Really can’t be bothered playing the screen lottery game. 🤦‍♂️

So, I went to the Apple store again and talked to this rep there who was super knowledgeable of the green tint/ raised blacks/ and yellow tint. He told me that Apple may have a recall in late July or August if they can't fix it. Or allow trade-in for the iPhone 13 with no cost.
