Apple Card used for purchase of single iphone with no problem ( besides waiting for the 25 minutes, to get the store to catch up ).
Second order for two devices purchased with Apple Card, no issues this time... except shipping times not displayed.

Delivery date for first was 24 Sep, delivery date for second order is "5 days after shipping"
 
This was the smoothest iPhone order ever! In for an iPhone Pro Sierra Blue 256 for 9/24.

As usual for me, nothing but a nightmare. Two days of trying to set up the pre-authorization, with it giving me errors te entire time that it can’t connect to my carrier (t-mobile). Chat support assured me not to worry, that it will work fine today. Nope, 48 minutes now of nothing but the same error messages that it can’t connect to my carrier.

go back in and try again! Where you trying to check out with your apple card? same thing happened to me, use a different credit card and hopefully it will work. It took me 5 tries, and in one fo the tries I got the same "not approved for the loan" , then I went back into the app and the link was still there to continue upgrade.......
I have tried with Apple Card and Chase Freedom. So far no go sadly. Will keep after it. Thanks!

What a disaster.... had 2 preorders set up... got error after error, had to re-enter credit card info... kept saying failed, call apple... then eventually said my "pre-order has expired". Tried to order again but wouldn't let me access my iPhone upgrade program.

Then 10 minutes later I get 2 emails saying my orders are processing... delivers the 24th.
 
I'm in the Citizen's One loan / Apple Card issue rabbit hole. I had successfully completed the Apple Upgrade Program pre-order and Citizen's One loan pre-authorization as soon as we were able to, no issue. But this morning, I'm getting an error saying my loan has been declined (it's in good standing and paid up to date) and my Apple Card payment method has been declined (also in good standing with no payment due at this time and an $8,000 credit limit). Calling Citizen's One is a customer service nightmare, and the Apple Card customer service chat function is currently on a backlog. What a mess.
I had the same notification regarding my Citizen’s plan and Apple Card despite being in re-approved and being in good standing currently etc. I started my order from the app again and used a different credit card. I held my breath and that time the upgrade plan went through.

I have Apple Card and Chase Freedom as well. After 9 times or so it finally went through. I just tried to order a case with my Apple Card and it got an error so maybe there is something going on with the card system. Hopefully it works for you!
 
Got in on apple app within 1 min of opening. Completed pre-order with IUP program for 13 Pro Max Graphite 1T ATT. was available for delivery for Sep 24th. Have always picked up in store but it said that apple store was not available for pickup. So first year getting it delivered.

Always liked the store experience and definitive time to pickup phone as well as help making sure transfer to new phone goes well. Understand this year, it's a e-sim vs. physical card transfer so hoping the activation and transfer goes smoothly at home.

Had the same issue after trying my Apple Card and having done the pre approval on Wednesday. All sorts of issues this year. The past few cycles have gone without the slightest of issue. Odd

So everything is ordered but just noticed shipping address is my old place. I went with in store pickup for the phone but hope I can get that shipping address corrected or whomever is living there now is gonna be confused on Wednesday 😂

Was the Apple Card the first card you where trying?
 
Just checked out using another card this is complete BS. They better get this phone out on the 24th I can’t be remote two days to sign for packages. Mini is coming the 24th.

Pushed shipping to Oct 6th-11th. They have store pickup on the 24th which is a joke considering I would be at the store for three hours to transfer devices and then have my laptop there to move two-factor methods to a new device.

Get the phone to me on time not my problem your own payment system is broken…..

Also I want my 3% for the “early” payment plus tax.

Early payment was fine getting the phone a month early not when you push out shipping two weeks.
