Look at this 🤦‍♂️ even the pixel 6 has a cooler display than the XS max.

If only apple would tell us why they intentionally calibrate their displays so warm. 😡

First we need to establish as to how Apple are purchasing their panels. Are they bought precut? Are they already bonded to glass or is Apple cutting and binding the panels themselves. I ain’t privy to any of this information.

We'll never get that information, Maybe Jon Prosser can help. ??

It is not so rosy for the Pixel 6 it appears. Users are facing green tint issues.

I love the 120hz, but have noticed after a few days that the screen uniformity of my 13Pro is significantly worse than my outgoing 11Pro. This is especially evident at night with low brightness (say 10% or so). For example, in Apollo the left to right, green to red tint is extremely noticeable and irritating. I am going to return this unit but may wait a few weeks (months) for the factory to improve on this. Unless this is within tolerance for OLED displays and you have to just live with it, which would really suck since I'm not looking forward to playing the panel lotto.
Is it like jelly scrolling?

Save your money, no need to buy a second phone. 😁
Ok. I just wanted a dedicated android device for google location sharing. Alas it’s working without a glitch on the iPhone now. I remember a year or so ago it wasn’t stable. I wasn’t going flagship android this time around either. Something cheap.

Wait 3 month, you’ll get a pixel 6 at half price.

Ok so I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this behaviour but I took a screen shot of a white screen and when I look at it at the photo of that white screen at 5% brightness it’s very uniform and when I switch quickly to the settings page it’s still nice and uniform but then literally within 3-4 seconds the pink tint will start to slowly appear at at the top and bottom of the page then I will switch back to that white photo and I can see the pink tint disappear also within seconds, I tried again to switch to the settings app again and same thing happenes the pink tint starts to reappear within 3-4 seconds. This is so odd and makes me wonder if this is a software issue. Has anyone noticed this?
