You got that right. For me at one point, I bought them so much they locked my account out from purchasing more LOL.

Apparently the request to remove the limit that I had the CS rep submit was granted which allowed me to buy the one yesterday. My latest one is the best I have seen in person so that's it for me. No more playing this exchange lottery this year at least. I don't have anymore time or energy for that crap considering we are already almost two months away from launch. Time to enjoy the phone and start looking forward to the 14!

I’ve gone through 2 purchase online and 3 changes so far. Probably they look how many many purchase/returns have been done on the account 
I don’t know exactly but I don’t have problem with the screen , I think it’s not too bad at all 😅

Just space it out. If you buy and return closer and maybe more than 5, you will get the qty limit reached message. On some occasions, your orders goes through but then it gets stuck in processing and eventually apple will just cancel your order and email you about not able to process due to reaching qty limit.Any suggestion to avoid the lock?I’ve gone through 2 purchase online and 3 changes so far. They usually reset on it’s only every few weeks.
Those are rookie numbers ? you should be fine. When I was on the phone with them for almost an hour they could not even tell me how many units before actually locking your account so its sort of a gray area. I did explain why I have gone through so many so I am not sure if they manually removed it since they "apparently" submitted the request to do so or it went away on its on which I doubt since it was less than a week. When I was locked, I would get an error immediately after clicking submit or place order. I don't think the returns matter as the lock is more to stop people from profiting reselling a high demand/newly launched product.Any suggestion to avoid the lock?
that’s interesting, I read something about OLED panels being more likely to have defects the larger they are, can’t remember where I saw that
I don’t think it’s just the Apple ID itself, it seems to also factor name and your card number used as your payment method. But I am not sure if anyone knows for sure the actual trigger. Yes, there are ways to bypass it though. It’s better just not getting to that point ?

I went to a nearby retailer (not under Apple) and I noticed the 13 mini display to be the best than 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max. No red tint albeit I was under bright lights. But I could notice the difference with other display iPhones under the same setting.

Anyone else experiencing intermitting screen flickering when viewing a dark gray test card at 0% brightness? My current 13 Pro Max seems to do this for a couple of seconds. Screen is otherwise as good as I think I can get, but a little worried about the flicker as I’ve not seen it on any of the other «rejects» I’ve had. My Series 5 does the same fwiw
