I guess the red one bothers me the least, as I think it has better contrast, and the blacks look more “true black”, the green one makes a lot of pictures looks more “washed out” and less saturated.
If you are still within your return window return both of them and get another new phone. That is what I probably would do. Both of those would bother me too much to keep either on. Apple really needs to get a handle on these subpar displays.

I am of the opinion that we as consumers need to hold manufacturers to a higher standard and we don’t have accept subpar products. To me it does not matter who the manufacturer is, including Apple.

i'd go through the "red one" instead of green, because of the better whites, but it's up to you: at a first glance which one looks more vibrant to you?

From the picture it's hard to tell; in this one, for example, the green one is better. More neutral white and more vibrant to me.

Wow, you’re demanding today 🤣
ipad and samsung! nothing changes! I have tried with various devices .. and nothing has changed! there the red is present! and also in the photos you posted later and present at the top right! the brightness must be at 0 or at most 10%! nn more!😁

The display looks good. I would say it is a keeper. Looks much like the display on my 13 Pro Max.
I came to that conclusion also, around the time I bought it. I'm just glad its better than the previous one. Meaning it doesn't pop it's little middle finger out at me every time I view a page with white text like the previous one did.
PS. I don't think I've ever asked on here if I should keep my device or replace it. I merely contribute to this circus of a thread. 🤣

No, it good . Use Samsung mid range to flagship camera brings the worst possible photos when taking pics of screen. iPad photos don’t show much though

Would using a faster shutter speed help to take a much accurate depiction on the screen?

I have posted pictures earlier of my two iPhone 13 PMs in “extreme situations”, with low brightness, gray images, pitch dark room, etc… but here are some pictures of my phones under more “normal conditions”. I just can’t make up my mind if one of them is too red or if the other one is too yellow/green. What do you think?
The pictures doesn’t quite reflect what I see in real life, but it’s close. When I look at the phones in real life, the “red version” is a tad more red, and the “green” one is a little more green.
Do yours change brightness if you switch from a white gallery screenshot to the alarm app or another gray screen?

My phone doesn’t have much red/green tint but it does have a darker band across the top either side of the notch. It has shown up in other peoples pictures. It’s like the small segment of the screen either side of the notch is duller or very slightly less bright. Does anyone else have this or is it a known issue?

🙋🏽‍♂️
It’s a common issue. But not everyone will notice it.
View this image in landscape and enjoy the oled banding in the notch area (for optimal results make sure you are in a darker environment, display brightness 0-20% )
