So seemingly quite popular then... my estimated delivery date for a 256GB natural titanium Pro slipped by 2 days just between the continue and confirm screens here in the UK... should arrive 26th September to 1st October according to my order email.

What a fail, their just a moment page took 15 minutes… the moment it opened I ordered a 1 tb black one but it right away gave sep 25-30 delivery for Swiss orders when they claimed 20th just before they opened orders. I ordered in like 10 seconds and it wasn’t quick enough.

Thanks for the fake dates Apple… also don’t write 2 pm, be honest and write 2.16 pm next time.

Why is a billion dollar company so hard to work with..... I cant cancel or edit my pre-order or get in touch with anyone.

Give it time. Literally millions of people on their site right now. You will get options to cancel.

Mine ended up 26th to 1st October ordering around the same time, but I'm in the highlands so usually have to add an extra day to delivery for that
I'm central belt. The page originally stated 20th and then went I got through to payment it had changed to 25-30. I couldn't have been faster lol.

Forgot is was at 8am. just now 16 Pro Max blk to 10/2-10/7. 16 pro desert still 9/20.

Looks like 1TB natural titanium is the only pro max available for delivery on 9/20. Crazy--I don't remember a day-1 delivery day sell out of almost all models this quickly.
This, I was just a surprised to see every configuration except this slip this early!

I don’t mind if the store doesn’t open at 14:00, but why not publish the actual time it opens so we don’t sit there staring at our screens. If you publish a time, stick to that time.
same delay every year..

It sure did and I just wasted sleep to find that out. Damn I’m pissed.
It's not showing that as the case on the Apple site during pre-order. Also my iPhone 15 Pro Max from launch day last year is also unlocked and still on a payment plan with an Apple Card.

UK here, had issues get in (had website, iPad and iPhone all open, iPad was fastest).

Ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB in White, delivered in the UK, for Sep 25-30.

They had local Sep 20 pick up dates but the store kept crashing and rejecting whenever I tried so I nabbed the delivery before it slipped.

Bit gutted, first year of my annual upgrades I am not on release day but hopefully not long after that !

use the app. it was seamless. as soon as the pre order starts it just loads your queue. waiting for my iphone pro max natural 256. i had the 15 plus. great phone, but no ai and the base storage turned out to be inadequate.

I ordered mine and it is going to the wrong address!! Called Apple and they said it is happening to many people. The system is populating an old address and then not letting you confirm. It just skips the address validation. Was on with 3 different Apple support people. All acknowledged the issue and said we “should” be able to update the address in a few hours. Ugh!

Wow that was pointless, between selecting and ordering three times stock disappeared :( I have 12 apple stores nearby and none have stock left for a 16 Pro Max in Black in any memory size...Ah well, guess I'll wait another year...

Wow, that's really not cool.

Secretly hoping they have to cancel all those orders though so my 25 - 30 Sep time comes forward to launch day haha ;)

The UK ordering this year has been the worst of the last 6 or so years. For me anyway.

Mr Logistics does it again. Create FOMO demand by not having enough product at release. Happens every....single...year. It's a running sad joke.

Faster and easier than last year. Seems to me that this queuing system worked pretty well.
