Lining up outside earlier than usual this year. Hoping they have stock. Looking for the big one if you know what I mean..
First time getting any phone on launch day!! White titanium 16PM and star fruit case. Looking forward to a better screen and battery life (12 mini)
Huge congratulations to everyone who has secured a launch-day device and received it. I'm hoping my iPhones arrive later today.

given 15 Pro isnt on sale now... and was until last week the same price as the 16 Pro is now... nah, wrong again.

My order wasn’t supposed to ship to me until the 25th to 28th but just received a message it’s coming tomorrow. Must not have been as many orders as they anticipated. Fine by me!
I enjoy seeing the photos. The photos that were all over the internet before they started arriving in people’s hands were all carefully staged photos in studio lighting, or at least in lighting controlled by Apple at pre-launch events. Seeing them at different angles in natural light at different times of day gives us a much better idea of what the different colours really look
Mine arrived midday. Set it up after work. Teal Looks really nice.
The MagSafe clear cover has a plastic insert over the camera control button so it's flush with the case. Seems to work ok through it.
Action button set to Shazam.
Now to chuck a new battery in the 12 mini for the teen.

How times have changed since these forums were full of posts from people in the spontaneous communities queuing outside Apple stores who'd been there overnight or even longer
It’s the color I wanted to get when I bought my iPhone XS 6 years ago but in the end I went with the black one.
To this date I still have some mix feelings about my decision to choose the black color. As you said, the desert titanium looks very similar to the iPhone XS.
At the moment I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I still can’t convince myself that the iPhone 16 Pro is good enough for me to buy it. I am still planing on seeing them in person but most likely I will keep my iPhone 13 Pro for another year. Another year of the lightning connector. I hope the wait will be worthwhile for the iPhone 17 Pro.
I still love my iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue. To this date I still think it’s the best color I’ve had since my first iPhone back in 2011.
Arrived in Dallas to the mall and there was no line till 5:15. Glad I got here later than normal.
Yeah, it seems like Pro is like the type of person who takes their image far too seriously to just have fun.

Historically they sell more pros. More pro devices creates more skus. Which in turn makes it difficult to keep launch inventory. Plus most people paying more money usually are conservative in their taste. I would bet those wanting wild colors for a pro are the minority.
Just get a wild colored case. Most will never see the phone color anyways and the neutral colors make it easier to pair any color to it anyways.
