So after skipping the 15 series I decided to go for the 16 Pro and I LOVE it, for me it's the perfect middle ground. Big enough to not feel cramped and small enough not to fill my pocket when not in use, it's my favourite iPhone ever.

2 days in and battery life has been awesome too, 3 hours 52mins SOT with 52% Battery left, more than good enough if you ask me.

That is all 🏻

Agreed. I like it a lot and my favorite feature is the new screen. Between that and the speed the phone feels very modern. I'm not loving the camera control button, though I'm not shooting professional photos on my iPhone.

Great upgrade, congratulations 🎉 14 to 16 is worth it, you’re going to love it.

I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro Max from an iPhone Xs, my wife the same, but from an iPhone X. Obviously we are both loving them!
How did you and your wife adjust to going to a bigger phone? Anything you don’t like about the bigger phone, or have you thought maybe you should’ve gone with the Pro?

We both love the larger screen to be honest and those positives outweigh the negatives. She has decided it needs to go in a handbag and not pockets though lol I now have a larger bulge in my trouser pocket than I used to.

I can’t comment on your larger bulge, 🤣, but I’ve gone with Max/Plus size phones since they’ve come out and was thinking about going pro this year, but I know I would miss that big beautiful screen.

To be honest, when I flipped back to the Xs it seemed comically small in comparison.

I went from a 13 Pro Max to a 16 Pro Max and its a nice upgrade, not a huge one but the slightly better camera is welcome.

Not really using the new camera button tbh, I forget it's there and when I have tried to use it, its fiddly. I couldn't use it in a rush if there was an urgent camera moment.

I'm enjoying my 16 Pro and there are a ton of little improvements. Unlike almost every tech reviewer, I'm actually using the camera button and find it a better solution than the on screen controls. There is a bit more of a learning curve than we're used to on other Apple products but once you have it down it's great.

I'm glad I went ahead with my purchase despite the reviews which I've found were greatly exaggerated.

Speed is an underrated feature , I’ve enjoying that a lot lol.
