I might rock this combo for next 11 months

That looks great with the 17!

It’s such an awesome case, nothing dethrones it for me.

I’m loving mine with my Deep Blue 17 PM. Same Moonrise design.

I did order the Milky Way which arrives this weekend, looking forward to seeing that one as well.
Ooh, be sure to let us know how those two compare. I'm deciding between Moonrise and Milky Way for my Deep Blue 17 Pro that won't arrive for a couple of weeks.

The Suti Alpine Orange phone back has arrived. Apologies for the pic from my iPad Air 5th Gen.

IMG_0017.jpeg

First impressions:

-Great form factor and feel in the hand
-Decent grip from rear silicone inlay when fingers rest on it
-Strong MagSafe
-Heavier than it needs to be but not a deal breaker. Sorry, I don’t have a scale to weigh it
-Very tiny gap at top of phone back and can press down on camera plateau. Not a big deal. I just wanted to point it out (@strkt1192 pointed it out earlier)

That’s all I can think of for now. So far so good. It totally fits the bill for someone like me that primarily runs minimalist cases.

It pairs so well with the silver. I have the same color but 17PM. Hopefully I’ll get my Alpine orange.

Nice, can you post a pic of the inside of the Suti?

After hating my usual go to this year, the Spigen Ultra Hybrid, I checked out a similar case by Torras and it's AWESOME! The back is frosted and feels almost like silicone. Sides have a soft feel but still grippy. Comes with 2 extra sets of buttons (red and yellow). Camera control button is responsive and sliding works perfectly. I usually get a case when I get a new phone, and end up going caseless most of the time after a few weeks, but I think this one is staying on long term.

I’ve been using that case for my 14 Pro Max for a while now and it is great. It was my first choice for the 17, but they don’t have an option to cover the camera plateau so I had to pass. But it’s a great option if the open camera isn’t an issue for you.

Alright got the MatterHT clear Ice phone back.

First impressions: Magnet is strong, it is a little heavy but i think even Suti's comes out at around a similar weight (50g). It adds around 3-4mm of thickness as well. The edges feel smooth and the transition between phone and phoneback is seamless.

The Matter clear back looks better than Suti. Shame they don’t post to Australia.

Apple recommends not covering the plateau as it traps heat, but if you really want it covered, you can get separate covers on Amazon.
