I'm not very happy with Ryan London right now. Totally not their fault, but Canada Post went on strike while the case I ordered was in transit. It sat in the US waiting to be transferred to Canada for 2 weeks, then was sent back to the UK and has been sitting in "international sorting" for almost 2 weeks. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund, but they won't do that until they get the case back. Which will be god knows when. The strike could last until next year for all we know and then it will take forever for them to clear the backlog.
I tried to get in touch with the shipper (Royal Mail) myself, but could not find any contact info to actually send them a message other than an online form asking them to return to sender, which they did not reply to. I asked Ryan London to get in touch with them and ask it to be returned, but they won't do that.
Again, the strike is not their fault, but now I'm waiting a month for this thing and it's just stuck there with no end in sight. As a small business owner, I get not wanting to potentially lose the product for nothing, but we're not talking thousands of dollars here. It probably cost them like $50 at most. I would just eat the cost and make the customer happy and it will probably be returned to them at some point anyway.

Wrong, it’s user experience. At the end of the day it’s a phone case. Not serious in real life at all, I hope not to anyone. But with that said anyone who is saying the material is different is correct.
Interestingly my purple silicone feels a bit different than my terra cotta. The terra cotta is stickier, if you will

You get the last word, it’s apparent you need it with these silicone cases. PSA: This year’s Apple silicone is very different silicone material! I’m so done with this topic and ready to move on!

Thank you for your opinion. It’s comical to me that this is rehashed over and over and how triggered you and a few others area over an opinion based on experience. It’s a phone case, not serious at all mate. It’s also a forum with people sharing opinions bloke.

my frost synthesis was delivered back to them days ago and now i can’t get any response from them about a refund2 days and 4 emails later about my order not including the Paragon that was suppose to be in this shipment and .................................CRICKETS
