So are done with case purchases? I asked to return my sheath and because I’m outside of the us. They gave options to either get store credit, scratch Or cut the case and take a picture and send to them and they will refund right away or send back at my own expense lol. So I just asked for store credit.
No, their customer service is nonexistent anymore. The only response you will get on Reddit is when you are praising their products.
I believe there is a production problem when it comes to the 17 Pro Max Paragon cases, never seen one out in the wild anywhere. Only Paragon for the Pro, not the max.

Yea coming from a 15pro to me the 17pro is noticeably more heavier. Running it in the Ghost so far and I’m starting not to like it. First the Ghost is heavy. Second the materials are hard around the bumper.
A line in our plan has a Pelican Protector case which is bulkier but weighs the same as the Ghost. Even though it’s bulkier way more comfortable in the hand because of the softer material that has some cushion. For some reason it feels lighter.
