These images are probably just early CG renders that were from UAG, but the eventual products dropped the button with cutouts in place. You can see them clearly in the hands-on videos with the actual retail cases.
Probably, but they also sell it with & without the cc button.

IMO a bit of a red flag if UAG themselves haven't got it listed.

How’s the fit on the golden glint Pitaka? Been seeing a lot of concern over a loose fit with the original releases so curious if they fixed that
No issues to report. Very slight raisivity, corners tight and all equal. No button rattles and it seems the camera control works well.

I change cases constantly like probably once a week. I don’t have any scratches or anything on my orange iPhone.
A week? Ha! Lightweight... someday you'll end up changing daily or even several times.
🤣 🤣 🤣

* I'll add, there was a lady at the Apple Store this weekend returning her orange for a Silver. She actually said the orange didn't match her outfits. She went silver and bought a handful of cases.

OK the video you linked a post below proves that is a fake. I didn't think they would go the distance to photoshop the button on the images, but after thinking a bit I guess they need those images on the packaging anyway so may as well put them on websites. lol.

And back to the point, the UAG cases have CC cutouts only. Which I find to be a deal breaker, together with the exposed camera plateau, while we are at it.

Oh this is good to hear. I just got the AS case but haven't opened it because of the concern with pet hair. Does the material feel the same as previous years? I always feel like there's a honeymoon period with that case that ends when it starts wearing through that soft layer.
The material feels much different this year IMHO, you said it perfectly about the break in period as the ASC does change. This years version is their best yet for fit, feel in the hand, buttons etc. everyone’s mileage will vary but I’m loving mine.

Any bad rep for Otterbox Cactus for 17 PM? My Otterbox Symmetry magnet ring got unglued somehow and I can exchange the case with any OB model. Cactus looks nice, I am not sure which color to get for the silver one.

I have the same phone, and have it in black. By far the best case I’ve tried this year.

Is this a US thing or am I expecting too much?

Requested a refund from Caudabe (I posted a photo the other day of my case cut in half) for the Sheath I received - it had all the issues (button rattle, visible seams/joins on the back, off-centre cutouts), so it was a defective/faulty return not a change of mind.

They've only refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping costs. Here in the UK if a business sends a faulty item that has to be returned then typically the business also refunds postage and pays for free return postage.
