Well yea mine started in a week. I got a replacement but not too confident.I also don't have high hopes for the durability, because the Silicone cases of some of us here are already starting to flake not two months in. So I doubt we'll see a much different wear on it this year. Might be even worse than usual.
$350'ishWow is that around $500 worth of cases and a battery?
Stick with GOAT Apple Silicone or the troll @Sal09 will have something to say.Been using the Sheath today. I do miss the thinness of the Apple Silicone though but the Sheath offers more protection. Wonder if the Paragon is an in between?

I have it but haven’t used it yet. I’ll use it to charge and let you know. I still have 40% battery life to run down though.Anyone buy that new 40 watt charge block that Apple is selling? Does it cause the phone to get hotter when charging?
i honestly think your worrying about it to much the glass on the air is more durable then in years past i don't see this as an issue. pitaka slim is one of the best cases for the air imoReceived the Pitaka Ultra-Slim 600D today. This one fits perfectly, unlike my last one, which was loose on the top corner. Contrary to what the Pitaka rep told me, the metal camera surround still sits directly on the glass plateau as I suspected it would. It’s clearly designed this way. This is a beautiful case, and it feels incredible in the hand, but even the smallest impact on the metal surround is going to destroy the back of the phone. I’d suggest if you’re going with one of these, get AC+ and treat the phone as if it’s caseless (never a bad idea with this type of case anyway). Unfortunately, mine will be going back to Amazon.

I wouldn’t think it would be good for metal to sitting right in the glass.i honestly think your worrying about it to much the glass on the air is more durable then in years past i don't see this as an issue. pitaka slim is one of the best cases for the air imo
The back is hard plastic and very slippery. The Apple Silicone and Sheath have inherent grip all around. While the Paragon has decent side grip, the back plate has none. In my opinion, it looks nicer than it handles.Been using the Sheath today. I do miss the thinness of the Apple Silicone though but the Sheath offers more protection. Wonder if the Paragon is an in between?
It’s a nice case, but metal making direct contact with glass is a terrible design choice, there’s no getting around it. If it isn’t a problem, Pitaka should just admit that it was a design choice instead of gaslighting the customer.i honestly think your worrying about it to much the glass on the air is more durable then in years past i don't see this as an issue. pitaka slim is one of the best cases for the air imo

Funny thing is that it pops off easier than the Sheath on the corners lol and the plateau isnt covered on the NomadIsn’t the Nomad Rugged more protective than the Sheath?
