Received my long awaited Ryan London case today and while the first impression was good:

The second impression was WTF

The whole button area seems cheap and flimsy (and askew). The buttons are somehow glued into the case?! Like no click just mushy wobbly material. I haven’t put it on my phone yet because I’m so disappointed. And returning this will cost me an arm and a leg thanks to Brexit…. 😒
Wow sorry about that, maybe they can just send you a replacement.

The buttons will probably feel better, and 'click' when the phone is in the case.....

Caudabe IMO makes the best cases on the market once they get things right.
I think you have to take it year by year, model by model. Like other top manufacturers, Caudabe has produced some great ones and they’ve also produced some real stinkers. I’m glad you like your case, and I had a very nice Paragon last year, but I also recall 3 returns in an attempt to get a Sheath without a MagSafe hump (never happened), and a CC cutout that was practically unusable. Their cases are also too heavy for what they purport to be. On balance, I’d say Caudabe is about equal with the other “premium” case makers—hit and miss at best.

I‘ll try and report back but I have not much hope with how stiff they are glued in.
Honestly, I don’t even want to try looking at this…

I have the same issue with my Andar Aspen. I have a feeling these different leather cases are all coming out of the same factory.

I miss the old Apple Leather case…
I always thought that too. AliExpress YMW has some nice leather cases and have heard same factory as Andar, don’t know how true that it.

Same. So much. I put my old 14 Pro in its Apple leather case last week, just to hold it one last time.. 😅
But at least I have my leather Apple wallet still with me today.

Got my dBrand Grip case for my iPhone Air earlier and initial impressions is great ! It can fit my usual Anker USB C plug without issues at all. Also I have installed the real leather back pretty much spot on as well and it does smell really leather.

I think this case is going to be my long term daily driver now that it has the leather skin on the back of it.
