Both come with replacement buttons in different colors.

I’m gonna get the 17 Pro Max and thinking about getting the Mous marine blue, but hopefully that blue fabric on the back isn’t the same as for the 15 pro max and scratches easily. I’m still open to looking for other case recommendations that would match the blue, looking into the clear back iridescent raptic or prismatic ghostek atomic slim.

I tried phone Rebel before but they felt way too slippery to hold, and I don’t like the lack of color options. Mous I always go back to because its just thin enough while still being durable. Now we have the extra widened camera bump to consider lol
 
Ordered my usual go to Spigen Slim Armor directly from Spigen for my 17 Pro Max. For some reason, it is not on Amazon.

They have 25% on their site now.

This is the 2025 version of the 2023 case in the comparison above. Looks like what you posted. Is there another version of it that looks the same? 🤔 I don’t have the 2025 version of it but I imagine it’s not much different now.
 
I just ordered the Mous thin Aramid shell for my silver pro max. I’ve had one on my 15 pro max and it’s a great case - thin, light, strong, modest but distinctive. I broke a pitaka case within a week; they’re very brittle.

Might get something colourful to mix things up once in a while when I go to the store to collect next week (techwoven or neon yellow silicone?… )

I’ve been using otofly silicone cases for like 3 years now I really like them and think they are good quality but with the 17 pro max redesign I don’t like how they’re covering up the camera notch I think I want it exposed

You can actually put your 16 pro max right in there and it fits. I wore it on the 16 PM for a day to try it and buttons clicked and it fit properly without any worries.

This will be the 1st time in years that I've finally broken down to buy a case for the 17PM. I'm afraid that with the aluminum body that it will be slippery to hold and no longer want to take the chance. Will be pairing with a 4-way privacy screen protector.

I posted a photo of the wear on the sides of the case after just less than 24 hours of use. I don’t care to find out what it’ll look like after daily use.

Ahh I see, I missed it, so basically it still has same issues as the one previously was released.

Honestly, they should bring back the leather cases, but I know it will not happen, I can only wish.

Got the Torras Q3 & Magnetic Slim in today.

Q3 has the button for the camera, as shown. Slim does not.
Q3 also feels like it offers a little bit more protection, as it’s thicker and has some squish/shock absorption whereas the slim is just thin plastic and nothing else.

I’m not sure how good the slim would be if the phone fell from a short distance?

I see the gap instead of the button for the camera, but is that really a bad thing?

I get that Slim has less protection.

There’s a couple of ‘durability’ tests on YT. I don’t think we should jump to conclusions just yet

I currently have an iPhone 15 Pro, so it doesn’t have the extra camera button, but I do recall seeing a lot of people on here mention the fact that having the capacitive button really helps with ease of use, and if a case doesn’t have it, they won’t buy it. All personal preference.

I’m somewhat concerned about heat. I think a lot of the brains are there now, and who knows how the new vapor chamber cooling is going to function.
