Another year, another Gripmunk. Still far and away the most comfortable case I’ve tried. I really wanted to like the Techwoven, but the port cutout was so sharp, it would drive me insane.
24 hours later and I still don’t know which device I like more 😂 both have its charm. The Air of course is a design masterpiece and is the perfect screen size IMO for a smartphone. Battery hasn’t been bad at all either. Mono speaker is just fine for doom scrolling. However I also love the industrial design of the PM. Especially this clean silver/white variant. Camera on the PM is next level. I can probably get 2 days battery out of this thing. Can’t kill it. Not too many cases as of yet for the PM have been a hit. The Terra Cotta sili and Ghost are the only two in rotation.

mine for the 16 pro didn’t scratch from placing on a table. i got scratches around the magsafe ring.

Do the TechWoven inside buttons have a sharp metal frame around the interior buttons? Looks like that might scratch sides of phone?
Yes, and ended up with nothing 😩
I was going to get a Cactus but after hearing about the CC button being trash, I passed.
That metal frame around the interior buttons of the TechWoven had me worried, so I passed on it also.

Can you let us know the button feedbacks, are they clicky enough comparing with Apple TW or Clear cases? Some clear cases can have stiff buttons.Two new arrival.

Have the Mous leather coming tonight and the DBrand grip is being returned tomorrow.
I had the case on the phone and within the first 20 minutes it had multiple

While waiting for the Wiiuka skiin more case (which is delayed for at least one week before shipping). I went for a Lonli dark green leather case. (Amazon). It’s made of Vachetta leather. The case is very good for an unknown brand (at least I never heard of them). Smells and feels good soft. Same color green aluminium around the camera bump. Good working buttons everywhere, including camera control. I really like it.
Only minor it the metal camera protection ring, although working perfectly. I prefer when it’s only made of leather. Looks and feels probably better. But this offers more protection.

I didn’t had a front photo. So made a few new ones. Now the color is better visible.

Good to see the Air will hold up extremely well in just a bumper case. People will also be able to go caseless with confidence too.
