Sheath vs Tinee2 - Tinee2 feels so much better in the hand, the grip is much more slippery than the Sheath with a way less aggressive texture. Button's and everything else work good, top is a little floppier than I like ☹️
CC button is a little hard to get to but works just fine.
Here are a couple side by side pics:

Does the TO feel thinner / lighter than the Sheath when its on the phone?

Well, shoot. I’d pretty much given up on Caudabe due to so many QC and CS issues over the past couple of years, but decided to give the Sheath a try since we’re well past the fall rush and I figured they would’ve remedied any QC issues by now. I was wrong. As you can see in the photo, the back of the case is dramatically warped. It mostly straightens out when on the phone, but not completely. Along with that, the plateau cutouts are a bit off center, the camera control is loose, and the buttons rattle like crazy (I guess they corrected this on the Pro cases, but neglected to do so on the Air??). Overall, pretty disappointing for a case marketed as “minimalist perfection”. It’s a shame because it would be a pretty nice case otherwise.

I guess this answers the question of whether or not the TineeOwl is a “Sheath Killer”. 😉

Looks nice with those silver buttons though.

That's hideous anyway, criminal to put that on an air.

Nudient in Teal anyone? Apparently it’s got a better build quality than past years.

currently using the tank again on my air for the past week. after reading @Zensō post i breath a sigh of relief. i dropped my air just after getting it from my kitchen table to the tile floor in the apple bumper case. thankfully it bounced of a corner landing facedown. last time i used the bumper.

off topic: i do some app development and apple offers some images of phone bezels for marketing purposes. you can put your app screenshots inside the phone frame. anyways, working on my website i noticed apple offers frames of the iPhone Air in gold and blue apart from black and white. i wonder if they were planning on 4 colors. i still would have chosen black either way.

Wish 🍎 made a TW for the air I’d love to see that.

They should make Paragon for Air.

I’m reading that as it’s a cover, like Spigen have in some of their cheaper cases.

Works really well tbh
Not sure how you’re reading that as just a cover.

“Giving you smooth, responsive access for snapping, zooming, and split second selfies.”

There are also reviews of people saying the button works just like the phone’s button itself. So it’s definitely a working CC button not just a cover.

Dropped the Air+Pitaka Edge two feet onto a hardwood floor today (slipped off an ottoman). Broke the UltraGlass 9H screen protector. The phone is fine. It was a good reminder that the Pitaka provides virtually zero drop protection and is functionally not much more than a skin.

That is why I don't use any screen protectors. Almost every drop and it breaks.
According to drop protection (on flat surface), there is Arc Pulse better than Pitaka.

"covers and protects the CC button".... Doesn't state it's a physical button.

The Spigen cases that have a cover over the CC button work just as the button would too. It's a thin TPU type material.

Yea, it’s confusing. In their pictures it looks like an actual button, but the description reads like a cover. It might be like the Spigen core armor with just a thin rubber membrane over the button.
Guess I’ll just order one and find out. What’s another $15. down the toilet
