Bummer. Now brace yourself for all the TW fanatics telling you it wasn’t the fault of the case.

I’d suggest the Beats Rugged or Mous Limitless.
I dont think this has ever been a "fanatic" thing saying the problem with damaged phones in TW cases is a fault of the user.

Everyone has different experiences, some have dropped several times in a TW case and have been absolutely fine, myself included (I suspect your post is probably directed this way as I've plugged this a few times on here now) and some have had damage after one drop.

If you want true "drop protection" then you have to run a super chunky protective case on these super soft phones which for a lot of people are ugly, weighty and take away any form of form factor of the phone. Some people just do not want this would rather a case that will provide some level of protection of which the TW is a good option. It doesn't not protect the phone at all.

Well not covered but only paying $99 instead of more.

Now I’m trying to decide between Phone Rebel Gen 7, Caudabe Sheath or Mous Limitless.
Can’t go wrong with either. Though I personally would not buy the PR7 again. The paint started chipping off the metal parts after about just a week on mine. It’s otherwise a pretty cool case, with unclear drop protection. That being said, I’d always buy the Mous and Sheath again.

Some have different wants. You want a case for looks good and protects against dings and bumps, then the TW is it. However if you want a case for minimal drop protection I wouldn’t choose the TW.

Bellroy Venture in today. Overall seems like a fantastic case, but it is a little bit slippery. I do have a clear camera plateau protector on so the cameras may be a little more recessed than normal. Fit is tight, buttons are excellent and feels like a premium case. Keeping the ole case thread alive 🤪

Told ya so 😋 Enjoy! It gets less slippery over time. And the grooves all around the case help with the grip, as the fingers always find something to anchor to. But I have the Pro version of course, so overall a smaller case to juggle.

This looks good. It’s a little hard to tell in your photo, does it have a decent screen lip, say similar to the BR?
