I filed a warranty claim via their website, bit annoying that they make you take a bunch of pictures with a number on a piece of paper, but they approved it really quickly and are mailing out a new replacement. So the customer service is good at least.

I love the Pathfinder and would have one if they would just add a cc button. 🤷🏻

Spigen Urban Fit T. Nice case that hits the sweet spot of being quite protective without being overbuilt. Much tighter and more precise fit than the TechWoven (no chance it’s going to pop off the corners). Grippier, with equally good buttons. Of the cases I’ve tried, it has one of the stiffest frames above the plateau, which seems to be the Achilles Heel of many 17P/17PM cases. The fingerprints are not bad and the metal accents go nicely with the silver IMO. I think this case gets slept on because of the retail price and the fact that it only comes in brown, which is the favorite color of exactly no one.
