Agreed. I went with Blue. Debated between that and silver.
I love my Silver Pro Max. It’s understated—doesn’t shout “look, I got the latest iPhone” like the orange one. No one at the office even noticed it’s the new model since it’s usually lying upside down on my table. Honestly, that’s exactly why I went with Silver.

Returned my air today for a pro max, and I 100 percent made the right choice. Originally came from a 16 pro and didn’t get the wow factor of the Air that everyone’s been drooling over.
What city? I’m probably returning mine this week. Might grab a pro max if there are any or keep my 15 pro max

Battery life is very impressive on my 17 Pro Max.

Charged it to 80% almost exactly 24 hours ago. It’s currently at 39% charge. I’ve got roughly 7 hours SoT using 41% charge. If I really pushed it then I could probably get 14 hours SoT.

And that’s before I need to charge it again and while sticking to 80% limit. Let’s say I charged to 100% then probably looking at 17 hours SoT. Could maybe hit 18 hours if I was using it for long periods at a time but realistically I’m not gonna be using my phone every waking moment.

We truly have 2 day battery smartphones now. Even if you account for degradation to 80% the battery life is still going to be fantastic in 2-3 years.

In my experience the lowest I’ve had battery health go is 88% after 3 years on my 12 Pro Max. My 15 Pro Max was at 93% after 2 years.

If I keep this for 3 years and get to 88% health again then I’ll probably still be able to get 15 hours SoT from a full charge. If it goes to 93% then just under 16 hours.

my charging cycle is from 40%-80% and my 17PM goes only 40% down from 8AM in the morning to 10PM at night, and then I give it half an hour charge, and in the morning charge it 5-10 minutes to bring it to 80. So, its a pretty good battery as per my usage. I have the nano-sim version

Can't buy a 17 pro max anywhere in Australia under 2 weeks plus for delivery, or retailers including Apple.
Airs are dime a dozen.
Apple underestimated pro users and made too may airs lol
