My app store is now telling me to update an app that is already updated. Hopefully just a minor glitch and a reset will sort!

Done. Install from start to finish, including backup, 12 minutes. So far, so good. Everything seems to work. Too soon to see if thins work better. Can't find Genius, so may not be included for original iPhone owners.
Question for 3G owners: please post impressions of 3G improvements and especially battery! I may plunk down my dollars next week if this update improved things!

Done. So much faster then the 2.0 update. Took like 10 minutes total.
Considering last update took 8 hrs for my phone to be activated and a free shuffle from Apple.

Jailbroken phone not recognized by Itunes
If your phone has been jailbroken, Itunes will no upgrade your phone. One needs to get the image file, place the phone in DFU mode, and restore it manually.

Wow - installing and updating apps is how it is supposed to be - very fast - and after updates it places the apps in the correct location!!! (On and off of the iPhone!!!!)

NetShare actually works better now... the 3g signal is improved on the southside of Dublin, Ireland...

App Update Works Great!!
Just updated an app ... did it very quickly without crashing. I was even able to do other things with the phone (e.g. Browse Settings) while it was updating.
When I pressed on the app icon while the update was loading, it paused the upload. Did it do this before?

Put the wwrong password in as many times as you want - for instance - you want to wipe after 3 times, put the wrong password 7 times in a row!
Problem solved.

Does data seem to work better? Normally when I have 1 bar data works intermittently. I'm hoping to see an improvement once I'm back in an area that I normally have problems in.
