Added "ENDS" to events over multiple days instead of just the time.

See the dotted outlined boxes. That's what a screen shot used to look like before importing them into iPhoto.
Now they show a thumbnail of what the screen shot actually looks like!
Equating jailbraking with 'owning' your phone is bizarre. Maybe Obama will fix this right after he fixes the college football playoff system, you know the important things. I am sure there is someone from the Clinton administration who can handle it.I jailbroke and I'm never going back. Apple intentionally cripples the hell out of the iphone and that is pure BS. I encourage everyone to claim ownership of their phone and let it function at full capacity. Apple is turning into microsoft... fight back before it's too late.![]()
I usually lock the phone when I'm on a call, three times now it has ended the call. Anyone else experiencing this since the 2.2 update?
Thanks,
cpjakes
WHEN YOU UPDATE APPS THERE IS AN Option to UPDATE ALL
I need to view ALL applications via the iPhone video out cables - it is unacceptable that the entire iPhone interface does not always show! Is there a jailbroken solution fir THIS?!
I know it's already been posted that UK phone numbers get formatted correctly in 2.2, but Apple's attention to detail is rather good here (especially as it's a US-based company).
Apart from the standard "01234 ..." set of UK numbers, it also understands other number groups that are formatted differently, such as 0800 / 800 numbers and London numbers (yay!), which get formatted differently for quirky historical reasons:
dunno if this has been posted or even if it has been around for a while but i just found it....
...when on any of the pages apart from the first home screen page... if you press the home button it scrolls back to the first main home page.
Maps caching
The Maps application no longer caches images.
You now have the option to surf over Wi-Fi when you are in Airplane Mode! This is great when you want to disable incoming calls but you still want to check your email or go online in Safari.
When airplane mode is first enabled, Wi-Fi is disabled initially, but you can now turn it back on. If you launch Safari while in Airplane Mode, you're prompted with the following. Also, when you shut off Airplane mode, the airplane takes off. I don't know if that's new, but I hadn't noticed it before.
