I think he means the "update all" on the App store on the phone and not on the computer.
It was there in 2.0 but not 2.1 (if I recall it correctly).
You mean when an incoming SMS text appears on-top of the home screen? If so, this can be disabled if you add a pass-code on the phone.
I have looked, I can't find one anywhere. If I missed it then please let me know where. Makes the apps kind of useless this way.
Yeah, it is strange. I've got the same problem here. As soon as you lock the phone and put it to sleep, the sound stops. Don't worry, it's not just your phone.

It was definitely working in 2.1. I just used it last night before updating. Its gotta be some kind of security fix glitch or something. I can't think apple did it on purpose.
Well you could put a password to it but when it's looked you could see who the txt message it's from . I remember before the update all I would get "New Text Message" now I get the name of the person txting me.
Don't like that at all... They need to fix it.
Camera is much faster. When camera app is open and I move it around the picture isnt jumpy.

No more lag, would be perfect for video shooting. Now a video camera would be a nice addition if implemented, but I wont jump up and down if it happens. Nor will I cry if 2.3 has no video.

To all of those wondering about App sounds stopping once you lock the screen: If you allow the PHONE to cut the screen off on it's own the sound will not stop. As where if YOU turn the screen off then it will.
Another new feature discovered. In the stocks app, when you add a foreign stock to your list, it displays the stock in its native language instead of english.
I had a few Japanese stocks and it would always just show me the look up number for the stocks, now it displays the stock name in Japanese.

The design of the On The Go playlist screen has been changed; the "Edit" button has been moved to beneath "Playlists" instead of being directly opposite it (the "Now Playing" button is finally there). "Clear" has also been given it's own button rather than appearing solely after "Edit" has been selected.

Maybe someone has seen this too. If you do a hard reset and the phone reboot you don't have to insert your simpin. If you only do a normal restart it is ok.
Now shows in Aperture but still will not import!
