Try calling Apple's 800 number, all I keep getting is an error message saying "your call did not go through, please try again"

I finally got to the last step, but it says $599 for my 16GB when I should be getting the upgrade price....is this normal?

This is getting annoying. I'm going on an hour and ten minutes trying to buy a phone.



The store is going on and off again every other time I refresh.

Is it doing this to anyone else?

I was getting that a few hours ago. When it works it will only be a sec or two. Your going to get the session timed out message....

I got through to the shipping zipcode/confirm order page. Then I tried adding Applecare and it went down again. Just keep refreshing and you won't loose your place ... at least I haven't yet.

Well AT&T's Premier's site hates me just as much as anyone else with a FAN and won't show the iPhone 4.

And Apple's site hates me even more. It's in my cart, it just won't let me check out. Awesome.

If you live in a state apple does business (i.e. has an Apple Retail store or business office), then yes.
