Was anyone able to actually order one for delivery? I've only seen reports of people doing a reserve, and that's all the website would offer me every time I got through.

Yep. A zillion pages back, a few people reported getting order confirmation mail from Apple. I had one sitting in my shopping cart when the store went off-line.
 
Not sure what's wrong with your ISP then, because it works (well, worked) just fine for me.



Warbrain- yes I got my confirmation e-mail, and yes- delivery is apparently guaranteed "as early as" the 24th. See attachment.

I just get this. Over and over again.;

I was able to get it to work. Just reserved my iphone for pickup on the 24th. Good luck to everyone.
 
Another freakin Oops as I choose to put it in my cart!! I am so tired of this crap!! Get it working already. Tired and grouchy!!
 
REALLY disappointed that we can't pre-order the white one today. Apple should have at least mentioned that the white would have taken a little longer.
 
Whoo!!!! Just went back up and I just reserved one!

Plus... eligibility for the full discount confirmed!! (Got my 3GS at launch last year)

Well, I made it all the way to the check-out process and then it crapped out on me. This sucks the big one Apple! I have to leave for work now.

Agreed. I'm in the same boat. On my Nexus One right now, which I've been using since I sold my 3GS, and nothing is showing for me.

No. Now I'm in and it tells me $699. I know I'm not eligible for an upgrade but that's full price. An completely nuts. I'll wait then.

I am in the exact same boat. I'm only getting that screen, and I am a premier customer as well. :(
 
Same problem with the AT&T Premier Site for me - no iPhone 4 listed once I log in to my accout, just a bunch of 3G and 3GS models.

Guess I'm waitin' on the Apple site to come back up.

8 AM EST upgraded two 3GS iPhones to iPhone 4 via att premier website. Seamless, took about 5 minutes total. Sorry so many are having problems. Try logging in from another browser (i.e. Safari, Firefox, Explorer).
